This is malz33's Pink Wedding!

Being that I am younger myself, and I want my wedding to be rememebered, we are going to do the candy buffet!
It is something that is becoming more popular, but I havent ever been to a wedding where there has been one, and I am very excited to try it!
I want people to talk about the day and remember how fun it was, and I think this is a great way to accomplish that! :D

Adam and I dont want a big, huge, fancy cake!
We do want people to eat it, dont know what the chances are that that will happen but... we're gonna try! lol
Something along the lines of whats pictured here is what we are thinking of...

We haven't been able to find one that works well for all of the girls! They all have very different body types... from weight, to height, to bust sizes and much more!
I have found a couple that I personally like... but there is no David's bridal here in Canada and I dont know how they feel about ordering on line... :S
My favourite is the white one with black sash... except if we got them for my wedding it would be pink dresses with white sashes!
What do you ladies think?! Any advice...?

I Love Peonies!
I think they are very girly, glamorous and fun! They come in different shades of pink and white! <3 it SO much.
The other pictures are ideas I got for centerpieces and things, I really like the one in the martini glass, but incorportate Peonies into these arrangements... instead of the existing ones!

Adam and I decided that we wanted a fairly large wedding party.. 5 people on each side!
One of my best friends is male.. so Adam agreed to have him as a groomsman (along with my younger brother), so in return I am going to have both of his sisters as bridesmaids!
So all together I will have my sister as my MOH,
my best friend, a very close cousin and Adam's two sisters!
(my younger brother and his youngest sister will be juniors...)

Well i started my search a little while ago.. not too eager to find 'it' but still looking!
A little while ago Jenna, a bridesmaid of mine, and I went shopping. We went to one store and didnt find anything that really made me smile, so we decided to go out of town to a different store.
I told the women there that I had no idea what I wanted (which wasnt the whole truth, becuase I had some idea...)
they picked out a few and while I was watching them put them on the rack I wasnt too pleased... lol
I tried the first one on and fell in LOVE! It was absolutely Perfect and exactly what I pictured in my mind!!! And this is it...

Adam had my ring custom made and I love it! It is not too big or flashy, but big enough that people notice and compliment it! :D It is white gold and 1.03 K total!

Well all hormonal, fat and pregnant I had wanted chinese food from the Mandarin SOOO badly and Adam promised he would take me there... finally he granted my wishes and off we went! While on the way, Adam took a detour.. I asked him "hunny, where are you going?" seeing as the Mandarin was in the north end of the city and we were headed south! he replies "I need gas and i know of a place where its cheapest!" Me, being so focused on Mandarin, didn't think anything of the fact that after we got gas, we were still headed south. We parked at The Keg and in we went. I complained and complained the whole way in, and while we waited for our seats. I cannot believe he would want to propose to me after that... 'all I wanted was chinese food and he had to be selfish and take me to the Keg for steak!' Anyways... we order, dinner arrives and then he started fidgeting... I wondered why a few times but let it pass. Then finally, he stood up, I thought for sure to go to the washroom... but Nope! He got down on one knee, infront of everyone at the restaurant and asked me to be his wife! It was very cute!! I had no idea at all... The manager happened to see and brought us a bottle of champagne.. I told him I couldnt drink it, so he took my glass and gave me some ginger ale so we could pretend! We finished off the night with some cherry cheesecake, and a VERY happy pregnant woman!
