These are the disposable cameras I got to put on the table so I could have extra pictures. I love them!!
Picture 2: is of the cake topper I bought. The picture looks bigger then what it really is. Picture 3: is the wedding veil I purchased. The one in the picture looks white but mine is ivory. Picture 4: my tiara!! Not the exact one but its close enough! |

So the girls have all decided to get long dresses. I didn't really mind what they got as long as they were black but they all decided they wanted to look uniformed. They are so sweet! I could only find 3 of the dresses the girls picked, I could not find my other cousins. Hers is sooooo beautiful she looks like a mermaid! LOL.

Stress-free shopping trips!
So I was a little nervous when I decided to go dress shopping with my bridesmaids because I was worried that they would not find something I liked and I would have to veto ther dress decisons, the only direction I gave them was black dresses with canary yellow incorporated somehow. It could have been a sash, jacket, bow. And the MOH, my sis, is going to wear a canary yellow dress with a black sash. So I went shopping with my sis first. The first dress she tried on she loved and loved... it was soo simple. Then went with my cousins who are both BMs. I set aside the whole day for looking because figured t would be a little harder for the 2 of them to pick something out, so we went to David's Bridal, (where I got my dress and my sis got hers) They both picked out 3 to 4 dresses each and my cousin Jessica loved her first dress and decided she was going to buy it and my other cousin Laura is just deciding whether she wants to wear long or short but the trip took only about an hour! So now I have 3 BMs down and 1 to go.. lol.

Before Ceremony...
I was wondering .....How many of you are going to see your FH before the ceremony?
Originally I wanted the first time for him to see me in my wedding dress to be when I was walking down the aisle. Now I am thinking maybe I should see him before the ceremony so we can take some pictures. We are having our ceremony and reception at the same place we will have almost no time to take any pictures except while the reception is going on.... but I spent a lot of money on my wedding and I want to be able to relax and have fun. What do you think?? |

I found it!
So I went to Davids Bridal to try on some dresses with my mom, my grandma, my little sister (MOH), and my cousin Jessica (BM). I picked out about 7 and started trying them on. The first 5 were not for me, but the 6th one was beautiful!! I wasn't able to zip the dress up all the way so I asked one of the workers if she could get me a bigger size and while she was doing that I tried on the last one which was FH favorite and I had tried it on previously but I didn't know if it was the one. When the worker came back she told me the dress I had sent her to look for in a bigger size was discontinued and that the one I had was the largest size they had. So I went to try it back on and I couldn't help thinking that if I didn't buy this dress I would seriously regret it. So my mom called over the alterations manager to see if we would be able to take the dress out and she said she could!!!
So mom paid for the dress and I am sooooo happy!!! So now al I have to do is either start dieting or pay for alterations.... lol. P.S- That is a picture of the dress, but it looks so different on me. |
