This is mama0207's Red Wedding!

So I'm kinda unsure whether I want to get a wedding planner or not? In a sense I want to plan my own wedding, and in another sense I know it's going to be overly stressful. Just thinking about it is making me go nuts. The HTB wants me to get a wedding planner because he knows what I'm like when I'm stressed. Not to mention I am returning back to school (LAW SCHOOL) which is going to be enough stress as it is. And to add on top of it, I have two children under 5. And we're in the process of moving which we have only done 4 times in the past 12 months. So I am under a HUGE amount of stress, don't get me wrong I love my hubby and I want to marry him ASAP. But it just seems like so much work and stress.


I realize everything I said in this post makes it seem like I don't want to get married but I really do and just am really stressed!!!!

I absolutely love flowers of all kinds, wild flowers, expensive flowers, all kinds of flowers. I'm thinking of maybe tulips or carnations. Although in November I'm not sure what will be in season which would make the flowers a lot more expensive if they aren't in season.

I (we) have decided to go completely untraditional with the cake situation. We are having a cupcake cake. I think that it is so cute and it will definitely save some money. A lot of the people I know are not REAL big cake eaters so this way there will be no wasted cake and it kind of adds to the personality of the wedding.

So I (we) decided that I'm going to go kind of cheap with the photography. I (we) know a friend who just got out of a college photography program. I've (we) looked at his porfolio which is ABSOLUTELY amazing I (we)must say. I (we) must say this is going to be a real deal and save us A LOT of money.
