How many of you guys are having music being played at the ceremony instead of an organist? And what songs?

You wont believe where we got these favor boxes.....EBAY!! We were going to get the clear boxes at oriental trading but then we found these and fell in love with them. First of all they are bigger and most of all CHEAPER!

Im not sure where I am going to get the pink m&ms yet. I thought about mym&ms.com but they are a little too pricey and we dont exactly need them personalized. Dont get me wrong that would be so cool to have our names on them, but its not necessary and they cost more.

So right now I am on the hunt to find regular pink m&ms that are somewhat cheap

Where is a place where we can go that is somewhat cheap? We want to go somewhere tropical. Me and Mike really want to go on a honeymoon, but where do we start?

Would a cruise save more money? Also I was thinking about an all inclusive trip so we have less worry. Thats what a honeymoon is all about right?!?!

Im super excited but also a little worried.. we are getting ready to buy a house and I just have so much going on right now, and the money is definitely going somewhere and its not in my pocket.

When I think of honeymoon I think of drinking bahama mammas on the beach gettin some rays. Watchin the sun set over the ocean. Maybe doin some scuba divin

Where is a place I can get vases cheap? I was looking at hobby lobby for the tall 16" vases but they are around $20 and that is still a little pricey.

Also...what do you do with the vases after the wedding. Are we just stuck with a bunch of vases?

well I finally found some vases that will work...not really what I had in mind, but when you are on a budget sometimes you have to deal with it. They are at wal mart and are only $2.50/vase. So I guess thats one thing off the list that I dont have to worry about!

Are any of you brides lighting up your centerpieces??? I am planning on having tall centerpieces with pink gems at the bottom with it filled with pink water. The problem is that I dont think the submersible floralytes will light up the whole vase.

I also heard about the light up ice cubes but again I dont think they will be strong enough for 16" tall vase.

I looked into the mini illuminator (2nd pic) to set the vases on but they are kind of more than what I wanted to pay. I hope that this is not the only thng that will light them up the way that I want.

I saw these invitations on etsy.com and fell in love with them! But me and my mom planned on making our invitations on our own and I'm not sure if we can do it. I showed her and she loved them too. So we are going to try. We found the paper that we are going to use now all we have to find is a stamp that kind of looks like that.

I am clueless on where I could find something like that, but we have plenty of time to look around, and my mom is like the crafty queen so I have no worries.

Another thing that we have concerns about is that we didnt plan on using any black in the wedding...so should we switch it up a bit and use the hot pink where the black is and white instead of pink paper. The stamp ink would also have to be changed to pink.

That would not look too terribly bad but I just love the way the black and pink look together. My mom brought up that when people get the invitation, would they think that the pink and black would be the color scheme of the wedding. So therefore should I incorporate more black at the reception or am I just overthinking it??

Anybody doing signature drinks? I need some kind of pink drink that is delicious and refreshing.

I love these chair covers, but again i think that I like them becuase they are that light pink color. But these are how I want the reception to look.

I am going back and forth on what color scheme I should have. I assured myself that I was just going to use the dark pink and white, but I just find the light pink with a spash of light yellow here and there so beautiful. I just dont know what to do.

I am driving myself crazy!! I wish there was a way to incorporate all the colors but I dont know if it will look funny. Just because the light pink and light yellow looks so soft and elegant, and the dark pink is like so out there.

I want to wear something like this that zipps up in the front so I wont mess up my hair or makeup when I take it off to put my dress on. I was thinking white with pink letters to match my color schemes. Where could I go to get thisthats not too pricey?

This picture is pretty close to what I want. The water in the vase is going to be pink so the whole vase will be glowing pink. There will be no flowers on top because that would be really pricey. Im trying to find something to put on top of it..whether its like a floating candles or something else. If anybody has any ideas I'm open to them.

I absolutely love the first picture,but there is only one problem...my bridesmaids dresses are that dark pink color. I dont know if they would look bad especially because i dont have any yellow. I LOVE the white star flowers, and no matter what I decide those will definately be in the bouquet with diamonds in the centers of them.

I love this idea, but it looks expensive. Is anyone making their own cake topper to save money? Where could I find these jewels?

Ok so I have never heard of an inspiration board before I came to this website. Does everyone do these? What is supposed to be on the board and where do you put it?

I love all of these cakes, but I just cant decide on what I want. Ahh! All I know is I want anything but fondant.

Ok so I really want to wear my hair half up half down with lots of curls, and my future mother in law bought me a veil. I have seen pictures where the brides hair is in an updo with their veil sort of underneath it (3rd pic) and I love that look, but I'm not sure if would work if my hair is half down. but I desperately need advise!! Also I dont know if you need a certain kind of veil to do that. HELP!!

I ordered this dress from David's Bridal and I absolutely love it! I tried on about 4 or 5 dresses before this one. I thought that I would never find one that was "the one." I was about to give up for the day until my consultant brought this dress to me. I didnt even thing that I would like it because I did not want a real poofy dress, but when I put it on I absolutely loved it! It is gorgeous, and exactly what I imagined. I cant wait for Mike to see me.
The dress that I tried on is in ivory so I had to order it in white, but you get the idea. It definately does not look as good in the pictures as it does in person.

I couldn't have asked for anything better. I love it. Although he did have help from his bride to be : ] I think I gave him plenty of hints of what I wanted by printing off a bunch of pictures of the ring and giving them to him. I didnt think was ever going to get it for me because he said he was really tight on money and couldn't afford it right now, but that I would get it someday. So I never expected it would be about a month later when he gave it to me.but the proposal was so sweet, and I will always remember that night that he asked me to marry him!!
