Cake
Tastings

Today was the last tasting that I had scheduled. My first tasting took place at :

1.) The Cake Shop on Hendricks Ave.

Opinion: The cake was very light, fluffy and moist. The icing was real soft and fluffy as well it wasn't too sweet.

Price Quote for what I want and to feed 150 ppl = $1,100 includes everything (delivery, set up, beautiful silver cake stand)

2.) Classic Cakes

Opinion: The cake was a little, heavy but moist. The icing was sweeter/richer. An overall good cake.

Price Quote for what I want and to feed 150 ppl = $ 600 (extras estimates at $50)

3.)Angie's Cakes

Opinion: The cake was too moist and the icing was good but real rich.

Price Quote was around $ for 150 ppl

4.) Simply Delicious

Opinion: A Heavy tasting cake moist but not real moist (you would need a little water after) the icing was rich and good. The chocolate fudge cake was the best and very moist (but I'm not a fan of chocolate cake.)

Price Quote for what 20 separate cakes for each table of 8 and to feed 150 ppl = $ 600 (extras estimates at $50)

I put them in order buy taste and then by how economical they were for my pocket.
