My bouquet
Flowers, the ribbon, charms, and so much more than just a bouquet
Callas are one of my favorite flowers. I can't imagine carrying anything else. I want my bouquet to be stunning. I love flowers and I really want something that will take my breath away (I know...how self involved am I!).

I also want the works on my bouquet, a beautiful ribbon preferably tied in the corset style.

One thing I definitely want to incorporate are locket charms. I want to put a picture of my dad who passed away when I was in high school and a picture of my fiance in the charms. I want to keep the ribbon with the lockets as a keepsake and hopefully pass it on to my daughter when I have one.

Are you girls into your bouquets as much as I am into mine?

Very classy!

And girl... yes I spend all day on the 'net.. since I am waiting for transplant and I am very sick I am homebound until then and I have nothing else to do! I am not as much carried away as I am bored out of my mind!! I do some fundraising and other stuff for my illness online... but mostly just shop and dig around for "junk" lol

Ahhhh...calla lily my favorite flower!!!!!!! .  I'm so happy that you posted this.  What I have in mind is similar to yours, white calla lilies with a hand-tied corset wrapped white satin or sheer ribbon handle. The handle will be trimmed with pearl caviar beads...simple yet elegant.

Yes, my bouquet is roses and calla lilys ,,,that was the 1st thing I choose when I started planning my wedding... hand tied and corset wrapped...... Ditto on simple yet elegant...

I love me some callas!  LOL!  the arrangement you posted is very elegant.  I'm now thinking of switching back to calla lilies...those long calla's are perfect.

A Tulip Bouquet, probably two dozen white tulips, hand tied with a satin ribbon wrap.

I love the locket idea.  There is something so classy about those to me.  It adds the perfect personal touch... and you know I am ALL about making it personalized.  :)

I noticed on another person's blog you said you liked silk flowers and were looking for a good place to get them. Michael's actually has really realistic silk flowers (nothing like what you might see at the dollar store). Their calla lillies are so realistic. My FH actually thought they were real until I showed him they were rubbery... then he wouldn't stop pulling on them. LOL!

I love callas! Another really cool idea that I saw on a website, is bouquet jewels...they look sooo pretty...here's the ebay link I found them on:

You can get the crystals in different colours, and I think they have a turquoise colour thats close to the tiffany blue.
