DIY Candy Table Take Out Boxes in Damask and Tiffany
I've been super busy these days but I still have time for some DIYs. I started and have about 50 finished Take out Candy Boxes for our Candy Table.

I used the packing tape from organize.com and a oval logo (just the middle part from out monogram) to decorate the boxes.

They are a little bigger than I was going to get but they were FREE (from a knottie who changed her mind about them) so I am using them.

The tape goes on fairly easily but it takes a while to get it straight. I did 50 in about 9 hours (not in one sitting).

Hope you girls like, let me know what you think.

wow, so that tape was a perfect accent!  it's much better than trying to line ribbon up & glue it.  nice job!  i might have to steal this for my asian themed shower!!!  thanks!

FOR ANYBODY LOOKING AT THIS...I was at michaels in las vegas last week, and they had bulk takeout boxes for $1. Not sure how many were in each pack. They were near the front register.

Those look amazing!  I love the tape!  Is the logo a sticker or did you just glue it on?  They look really professional!  Great Job!

Thanks girls! The logo is glued on I wanted it to be a little 3D so the cardstock is glued to a black thicker cardstock and then glued to the box (Aileens Tacky Glue)

First of all, I just have to say I LOVE your blog page- my wedding is turning out to be very similar but with pink instead of blue. (great minds think alike!) How much tape did you order? I'm thinking of ordering some for favor boxes as well but I have no idea how much to get...

Allison, THANK YOU! I ordered 2 rolls of tape. I used about half of one roll for the 50 boxes (which are the bigger size).

Calculate how much you will need per one box.  There are 36" in one yard and the tape is 65 yards for 7.99. According to my calculations I needed about 70 yards...yep only 5 yards in the 2nd roll but I imagine I will use the tape for other things.
