We bought a house!
Pre-wedding real estate.

As some of you know we've been looking for a house for a while. This saturday we made an offer, it was accepted and we put down our escrow down.

Closing is 10/24. We'll be in the new house as of 11/1.

So excited. My first property purchase!

Sorry no pictures yet. I'll be sure to post some when we move in.

Congrats on the new house!  My FH and I just bought our first house this summer; we moved in at the end of June!  It is so much fun "playing housewife!"  We lived together before but it just wasn't the same :)

Congratulations! Getting married, moving house two of the most stressful things a person will ever do! If it was anyone else Id wish them luck with all that but you are always on top of everything so I know you wont need it LOL just kidding I hope you are very happy in your new home cant wait to see the pics ; )

Congrats!  I know personally how hard it was to find one that you liked and could afford.  We have been in our home for 11 months now and time does go fast.  With a little patience, you can find what you want.  How exciting!!!!!  Plus you get to decorate!

i can imagine what im going to be like when we buy our first house... heck im excited because we moved into his parents basement for now but we are still young (20 & 21) so we arent looking for a house yet lol.
