My bridal shower recap and photos

My sister and mom threw my bridal shower this Sunday.

The theme was "green" tea party. Green with a double meaning, for green tea of course and green for organic.

My mom and sister made all the food themselves (except for the cake which they got from the same bakery that we are getting the wedding cake from) It was kiwi strawberry.

We had a sandwich station (3 kinds plus make your own), wine/fruit/cheese station, tea station (2 kinds plus make your own), dessert station that had mini carmel and chocolate apples, cake, fresh strawberry cups, chocolates and cookies, and hot appetizer station that consisted of Polish sausages, potato skins, mini meatballs with two sauces and crepes.

There were lots of vegetables and dips, lots of fruit, delicious sangria and wine.

I shed a few tears while thanking my mom and sister for putting everything together.

My sister did all the drawings, flower arrangements and decorations. It was at our house since we just moved in December and not all of our family and friends had seen the house.

It was so nice to have both of the family women folk get together and spend some time together.

We got so many things off our registry! One of his aunts gave me money for my wedding hair do and a beautiful vintage card.

We met with the priest and I had my 3rd fitting today. Almost time!
