I'm so excited! Everything is a surprise but I do know we are going to down town Seattle. It's making me more nervous for the wedding. Only 9 days left! I'm soooo anxious!

Is there a way of making personalized labels for the water bottles without spending more than $50? I think its such a cute idea but not willing to fork out tons of money on them.

What is everybody playing during the bouquet toss?

I'm getting extremely stressed an nervous right now. Ever since Chris and I thought about getting married we had our hearts set on my grandmother doing the ceremony. We asked her to do it and she has been excited every since. Well, unfortunately we found out that my grandmother has pancreatic cancer and she isn't doing well at all. We believe she only has a short time left. I live over a hundred miles away and have been visiting her ever since. Obviously her being in this state is unbearable for myself and my family. On top of that, we get married in less than a month and need a replacement. I'm not sure what to do! We also don't have vows picked out yet. How do you find someone to perform your ceremony on such short notice? My problem right now is not wanting to replace my grandmother, but we have no other choice.

I have some of the essential pictures down, but I want some more ideas. What are some of the portraits you guys are having, especially some of the fun ones?

We are getting married by my grandmother and are looking for some wedding vows. I have looked through books and on the internet but havent really found anything that has stood out to me. We are a non-religious couple who likes a little humor and are looking for ideas and suggestions. If anyone has come across a book or a website that could be of help I would appreciate it. THANKS!

I am going in on the 10th of July to have my final dress fitting and the dress is too tight! Its only tight around the bust. It looks really bad from the back and in the arm pits. I'm not sure what to do. I don't know how much we can alter it! What do I do?! Just one more thing to worry about!

Since the very first time we even tossed around the idea of us getting married, Chris said he wanted a banner that we run through at some point at the wedding. He actually wanted it for when we come down the isle! His groomsmen convinced him that it would be a better idea to do when we enter the room for the reception. Every guy we have told is ecstatic about the idea. Hilarious.

I've really become worried about my wedding day since it's so close. I care too much about what other people think of me! I know I'm going to worry about what people think of my decorations and what I've created and I really think that's going to affect my mood that day. How do other people get over that feeling!

I'm a pretty pale person and I want to add a little color before I get married. How often and how soon should I start. I'm getting married in less than 50 days. I want to look like myself but with a healthy glow. I've tried tanning before, but I got burned and never really stuck it out to see the all over nice tan.

Is anyone else going to be doing their own floral centerpieces? If so, how are you arranging them? I'm planning on using 6 white roses at each table but have no inspiration for arranging them. Do you have any great resources that might be helpful to me?

So like 5 years ago we were talking about using bride and groom pez dispensers as favors for our wedding. A few months ago we looked into it and discovered that they arent made in bulk and that each set can be $20 or more. So, In order to still incorporate these into our wedding we decided to make them our cake toppers! They are very cute and I'm so excited!

Is it just me or do wedding television shows set extremely high standards for weddings. I've been to weddings where there are no centerpieces or favors at all (because they couldn't afford them) and I never really noticed. Now since I've been watching these shows I feel like these elaborate, highly decorated, every last detail attended to weddings are expected and it makes me more stressed out than I should be. Am I the only one that feels this way?

Hydrangeas are too expensive and a little hard to find. Not to mention the care that is involved when doing them yourself. So, I have decided to try white roses. The pictures here are a very rough idea of what will be happening. The vases I have are pretty short so I had to trim them down. The vases will be on mirrors, with candles, on a black table cloth. I am debating on what to do with them. These pictures are with six stems, some with green rocks in them and some without. I want to put greenery in them (I think) so these pictures don't show that. Please give me your advice, tips, ideas etc. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money but of course I want them to look great.

So there is exactly 2 months left and I feel like I don't know what I'm doing! There are a million things I have to take care of still and I don't know how anyone does it! Damn you small details (and lack of money)!

Do any of you know a place in Seattle (or the surrounding are) to buy flowers in bulk? I am looking for white hydrangeas.

I was thinking about doing white table cloths with black overlays. They will look like what is in the picture, but obviously different items on the table. I think I really like it. I'm such a visual person that this has been a difficult task!

To add a little more color to my tables I was thinking of doing a piece of green cloth, possibly a square under my flowers and mirrors. I havent really worked out the details yet but I'm trying. If anyone has a better suggestion PLEASE let me know. I'm a college student with low funds but I really want to make the tables stand out on a budget. I was also thinking of a sheer overlay of some sort. Your suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. My feelings wont be hurt if you hate my idea! If you have other color ideas let me know.

We have decided on green and white as our wedding colors. I am having trouble adding color to my tables. We are using clover green. We are having white hydrangeas with green rocks at the bottom, mirrors, tea lights, my favors (green M&M's in white baskets), white cameras, and white linens. I need ideas!
