My second daughter wore this dress to her Junior Prom in 2004. I I had to call all over the US to find it and finally found it in some little shop in the midwest and had it shipped to Alaska. Sadly I cannot remember the designer. It was lovely!

i would say if any of you lived in utah that i could give you the name of the lady who has one of these but i will put it on here anyways
the store is called Candlelight Dresses in Sandy Ut they have a facebook page and if you look it up you can see this dress and more. but you can ask the lady where she bought the dress from she would be more than happy to talk to you about it.... it might be helpful.
you have to ask about the purple green and blue dress in the back and she will know what you are talking about.
