Wedding is cancelled!
I know I have not been here forever, I want to thank all of you here at WBC for all your help and ideas you have given me. Unfortunately my FH and I had to cancel our wedding, we had to use all the money we had saved for our wedding for one of our kids. We are still going to get married but it wont be what we dreamed of, we are planning to get married in vegas if possible or just in the courthouse. I always dreamed of my perfect wedding but I know that GOD has other plans for me. Thank you ladies and I wish you all happines.

My FH wants to give mini champagne or cider bottles to our guest as favors.....does anyone know where I can find these??? we went to the local liqour store and the prices were outragous!!!!!

What's wrong with me????
Hello Ladies,
I have not been myself lately and I cant figure out what is wrong with me!!!!! I already have the ceremony and reception venues along with the decorations, the bouquet and flowers have been ordered, we have the rings, save the date cards have been mailed and I have an appointment next week for my dress......I think I'm on schedule here but one thing is not right, I'm excited but down in the dumps at the same time. Why am I feeling this way????? anyone having these feelings????? |

I just wanted to ask if any of you are an older bride? I have never been married and I'm finaling tieing the knot with a wonderful man. We are having a big wedding in December and the truth is that I feel like i'm too old to do this, I'm not in my 20's or 30's.....am i crazy???? |

Need some input
Hello again and thank you all for helping me with my dilema. Now I'm more confused than before (laughs). I found a beautiful dress in silver by maggie sottero but I'm not sure if it will fit into the budget, so I looked online for some other gowns found (2) that I also liked, they are from china, you can get the color you want and very inexpensive but I'm afraid about ordering online, can anyone tell me if they have had any problems ordering online. which dress would be appropriate for a matured bride?????

Hello Ladies,
I'm new to this and need all the help I can get. I'm not a young bride, never been married and we can say that I'm a matured bride. Guess the waiting was worth it. My dilema is that I dont think I should wear a white wedding dress, my wedding colors are Royal Blue and silver I have been trying to find a nice wedding gown in color and have had no luck. We are having the ceremony followed by the reception at the same hall, we want a formal wedding and my fiancee wants me to wear a nice gown. can anyone help me on this!!!!! thanks |
