Can you tell me how you made them? I have frames already but I want to now how you made them.

I spray painted all of the frames, which took 3 coats each, then i sprayed on the sparkles.  I used the inside of the frame (the cardobard piece) as a guide for the paper and cut out the paper by hand.  I did the same with the numbers...I printed out the size and font of the numbers that I liked and traced it onto thick cardboard to make a stencil and then traced the stencil on the paper and then cut all the numbers needed out by hand.  I then glued the damask paper to the cardboard inside of the frame part (wow...that kind of sounds confusing..haha) and then I glued the numbers onto the damask piece.

That's how I made them all :)
