DIY Wedding
Table Numbers
Holy Lord, they are done!!! Thank goodness! It took me allllll day today to complete these. I bought the frames from Michaels, and they were just plain wood. So this morning, I spent an hour spray painting three coats on all of these babies!! Then i put a coat of silver sparkles on them. They glitter so nicely in person, the pics dont show it very well. I cut out all the numbers by hand and same with the damask paper background. I glued it all on and then added the bit of rhinestone to the top. I LOVE the way they turned out. In person they look so much better :)

Honeymoon
Registry Fund
When my FH and I went to discuss our honeymoon with our travel agent, she brought up the honeymoon registry fund. At first I didn't know if I wanted to do this, but then I thought it was a great idea!
We have been living together for 3 years already, so we have everything that we need, so I'm hoping that people use our honeymoon registry more then the gift registry. I don't know if our gift registry will even be that big because, like I said before, we have everything that we need. The gift registry will be more for getting super nice stuff. Anybody else doing the honeymoon fund? |

Bridesmaids
Ordering their dresses soon?!?!
So, we have the dress picked out, we just need to order them! My sister is overdue with her first baby, so we are waiting for her to have the baby and be at a comfortable weight again to order the bridesmaid dress. All of my bridesmaids are in BC, but I have one bridesmaid here in AB, where I am living. Her and i went last weekend to look at the dress, and i had in my head all along that we had to send her measurements to my sister so that she could order the dress with the rest of the bm's in Vancouver. Well, the lady here told us that as long as we order the dresses in the same month, we will be ok for the dyelot and all. That makes me SUPER happy because now I can see the dress when it comes in and not have to wait until literally a month before the wedding.
Now, my question is....Whats the last moment possible you would wait to have your bridesmaids order their dress? I want to have them order them in early April so that I can have a calm feeling about them getting here in time and altered if needed. The Knot checklist is telling me to have them order them THIS month..... Help ladies!! |

Woohoo!!! We have a solid honeymoon set! We are going to the Riu Sante Fe, Los Cabos, Mexico! I am sooo pumped to spend one whole week in paradise! We will hopefully be swimming with the dolphins too! We are going to pay our deposit this weekend!!
Now I get to shop for cute honeymoon clothes! I already ordered a bathing suite from Victoria Secret that I cant wait to get!! |

Are you feeling ready for the day to be over?
So I have been feeling like this for a while, but are any of you other brides ready for the wedding planning to be over? I just cannot wait to wake up and have it be the wedding day so that I can enjoy all of my hard work and have the wedding planning process to be over. It is a very tiring experience...exciting, but tiring.
I am so excited to just be married and go on our honeymoon and have our wedding day be here! Anybody else feeling like this? |

Which halo style would look best on my ring? (Pics of my ring are below) I have been thinking about getting a halo setting on my ring because I love the look of it, and I think I might go to some jewellers to see how much it would cost. I do love my ring, but I think it would look fabulous with a halo :)

Earrings
So I have been trying to figure out what kind of earrings I wanted my girls to wear. Because the necklaces are so big and kind of a centerpiece, I didn't want them to have massive earrings on too. I figured because I wasn't finding what I wanted, I would make them. So, that's what I did. I went and bought the crafts and made them this afternoon.
