JA proposed to me on our 7 year anniversary. We had plans to go out to dinner that night but he said he couldn't wait and popped the question as soon as I woke up! Very cute. My ring is a brilliant cut square diamond, I originally wanted a princess cut but the brilliant square cut is still nice and square, but, more brilliant! haha
