ok....well we're not sure yet if we will be getting married at the reception site or if it will be at a church. If we get married at the the reception site and in the room we will be having tje wedding there is an elevator on the stage and we come up from the stage. Do you think it will be stupid if we have all the guest surround the dancefloor at the end of the stairs where we come down and throw rose petals? like you would do at the church but since we may not have it at the church i dont want to miss out on that experience at the guest throwing rose petals and than after that we can dance our first dance with the rose petals on the floor. how does that sound?

I was browsing through some brides page and i found these trees with crystals hanging from them, i loved them! I wanted to use flowers but the kind of centerpeices I wanted were going to be very expensive becuase they are the tall candelabras with flowers at the top. Ive been looking for ideas that are money freindly and this tree idea is gorgeous. But i also saw a different centerpiece that has feathers which also looks really good. Im so undecided and dont know if the tree and feather idea would look good with the colors im going with which is probably gonna be the pool blue and brown.

I wanted something simple like these cakes, and im leaning toward a square rectangle cake rather than a circle. I want something simple with tiff blue and brown accents.

Im still undecided on hwere to get married. I love both places and they are both with in my budget. Its just that one is a little farther away and one is closer to us, but i cant decide so my fiancee and Iare going to go look at the place on saturday, and he'll have to pick. We still have to sample the food to see which one is better but its gona be hard becuase I heard great things about both places. Which one do u hguys like best?
Anthonys pier nine: Closer to us, only a 5 hour reception, but great outdoor pics, and beautiful large room with elevator!!!!

Colonial Terrace: further away (about 45min away), great price, 7hr party, ceremony fee is free,

Im torn between getting a wedding planner and not getting one? I would really love one becuase I just started plannng and my weddng isnt til next novemeber but im already stressed! IS it worth the money or do they just go by what the planner wants to do? Has anybody used one and did you like them?
