Too Many Colors To Choose From!!!

I bet most of you when you got engaged had your wedding already planned in your head, and you had those ideas for a long time. Me, on the other hand, have NO CLUE WHAT MY COLORS OR THEME IS! If you ask me today, it's black, white, with some red...like the picture.
I love this color combo! I love the faux wrap for the bride and I LOVE, LOVE the bouquets.

If you asked me the day I got engaged, it was chocolate brown and cream.

If you asked me two months ago, it was some shade of purple, my favorite color as a child.

I'm all over the place! I'm constantly on the computer and searching through magazines for the PERFECT colors that will make me say "THAT'S IT!" But so far, it just hasn't happened. I see all you other brides that have everything picked out and coordinated, and then I look at me...nothing.

We are going bridesmaids' dress shopping in a few weeks and I need to have my color picked out before so now I'm just stressed out and feel so pressured to choose. I've read that when you choose your color, everything else will fall into place. I can't wait for that moment!

Okay, well, I'm done ranting for tonight...back to surfing wedding sites and my Brides magazine that I got in the mail today.

It was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT when we arrived at Edgewood! We are having our ceremony and reception here.
What really sealed the deal for us is that they offer COMPLIMENTARY beer, wine, and champagne to all guests if you have your wedding between November and April!

Bridesmaids

Poem

I was so nervous to ask my sister to be my MOH and my nieces and future SIL to be my bridesmaids so I did some research on-line and found this great poem. I made a card with a picture of me and Tim on the front and then hand wrote this poem. They all loved it!!
(My sister would kill me if she knew I posted this pic of her reading the poem...shhhhhhhh, don't tell her!)

The time has come for (insert FI's name) and I to join our lives as one,
We look forward to our wedding day filled with family, friends, and fun!
To make that day more special and create memories that will last,
There is one favor from you, my friend(or you can change to best friend, sister, future SIL) that I would like to ask:

I'm a bit overwhelmed with this whole wedding planning stuff! Our venue is absolutely stunning and does not need much decorating. It will be rather chilly out so I want our wedding to have a cozy feel to it, lots of candles and good Frank Sinatra era music!
