Who gets married tomorrow? I DO!!! ;)
Girls, THIS IS IT!!!
TOMORROW (WELL TECHNICALLY TODAY- April 21) is finally my wedding day!!! Today has probably been one of the most busiest days of my life. Im laying here at my moms house, in my old room, old bed and I can't believe what is about to happen tomorrow. I remember 6-7 years ago when we were 18...sitting in this room and texting him and us talking about the day we get married and planning our lives together. I'll probably be one of the luckiest girls in the world tomorrow because I'll become his wife ;) My body is so tired but my eyes are wide awake lol this soon to be wifey better get to sleep so I can look my best. There were so many things that I didn't have time to post but maybe I'll put it up after just to show you guys. thanks for all the inspiration and support girls!!!! I WILL BE BACK WITH PICTURES ;) |

Last minute things to do
2 DAYS LEFT!!!!!1 I still have a few things to get done. One thing that is bugging the shit out of me is the fact that the BM dresses didn't come with shawls/wraps so since my ceremony is in a church, they would like the girls to wear a simple shawl or wrap to cover their backs and shoulders (which I agree) I actually had a little jacket/bolero thingy made for me from the same material of my wedding dress so Im set, BUT, I need to find some for my girls. The problem is, no one sells FUCHSIA sheer or chiffon wraps lol. Im having the hardest time with this and it's stressing me out. I thought about buying the material from a store and have someone make these since it's too late to get online. I have two people that can but one charges me a little too much and the other..im not so sure about because Ive never seen her work. Tonight my bff and I are going to her alterations appt and from there we are gonna go to Charming Charlies downtown and see if I could find them there. I don't even wanna have to deal with all the drama of finding a color that matches perfectly.....(I actually did, but the store only had about 2 yards of it!!!! Obviously I need more if I need 6) Fuchsia is a hard color to match!!! Arrghhh, wish me luck on finding something tonight, I have tomorrow and friday off to get last minute stuff done and it looks like I'll be pretty busy tomorrow. Im just barely having my makeup trial tomorrow lol. Than I gotta work on typing and printing up my escort cards (which I think should be pretty easy) than finalize my seating chart, get a new chain for my necklace and continue to break in my wedding shoes!!! |

Wedding Rings And Jewelry
Got my ring soldered =)
Last Monday, I got my ring soldered! I had to wait awhile because we needed to have our engagement pics done! (Waited so long to do that because fiance still had braces)
I love how it looks....totally blingy!! I probably should't be wearing it but OH WELL, I am. I am not going to go "ringless" for the next few days. |

4 DAYS LEFT!!
4 DAYS LEFT!! Everyday I wake up knowing im one more day closer to being *his* wife and I still cannot believe it! Well...in my last 4 days, Im just getting through some last mintue projects. Tonight were working on the little tiny "thank you" tags to wrap onto our candy pop favors =) Our cake pops will be made by my cousin. She will be doing german chocolate with nuts and strawberry with sprinkles. They will be wrapped in fuchsia organza bags that I found at Michaels. Thannnn, I just finished putting the girls gifts together. They are getting black purses (pictured), with a VS lip gloss and a silver compact mirror (pictured) that a floral pattern on one side and ngraved with their names on the other side. I really hope they like them. Earlier today, I also picked up my table numbers (pictured)...FINALLY HAHA. I LOVE THEM!!!! When I got home today, I also got wedding cake rhinestone jewels! If I remember correctly...my cake has sort of the same design as my table numbers and invitations. The cake is 4 tier, two layers will be a diamond type pattern and two layers will that the piping or draping like the invitation and that's where we'll incoporate the jewels. Since my cake is all ivory...i'll be having my florist add a couple fuchsia sprayed roses to add a pop of color =) can't wait to seeee ittt!!!! |

5 DAYS LEFT !!!
OMG, I seriously cannot believe that Im actually typing that I only have 5 days left til my WEDDING DAY! I remember logging in here and seeing my profile say "80 days to wedding" or "60 days to wedding" I can't believe HOW FAST time flew by. To all the new brides-to-be believe it when they say that time will FLY! It truly does. Ive been planning this wedding for a year and a half and it's finally just 5 days away. SOOO much has gotten done within these last 2-3 weeks. I will probably be putting a ton of different posts tonight just updating you guys with everything thats been going on.
I've still got a few things Im currently working on but I'll give you guys more info about it in later posts. I just gotta get through 3 days of work than I have Thursday and Friday off to do last minute stuff =) 5 MOREEEE DAYYYYYSSSSSS! |

Ive been shopping around thinking about what I should get my bridesmaids and I've finally got it. I decided I wanted to get them little purses to go with their dresses so 1) they don't have to buy one themselves and 2) they don't have to carry their big, everyday purses.I found the little black purse at Charming Charlies. It's soo pretty with two different length strapes. The strapes are what make this purse look formal because it's like a chain/necklace looking thing. Also, on the clasp to open/close the purse, it's got 2 little rhinestones =)
Than, I found a silver compact mirror that was simple and planned on having them engraved with their names. The day after I ordered them, turns out their out of stock so I had to pick another one which was okay because now I like the second one better. THAN, I thought I would throw in a Victoria Secret lip gloss in the bag...every girl could use a lip gloss! I ordered the rest of the purses and the mirrors online so I shall update you when they arrive =)I really hope my girls like their gifts!! I will be giving these to the girls at the rehersal dinner =) |

Hey girls, hope all your planning is going well!! So yesterday, my hunnie and I finally had our engagement session. For those that don't know, we put it off until now because my finance had braces on that he just barely got taken off. We had soo much but it was sooo weird and awkward at the same time haha. We are from PHX, AZ but we took a little drive up to Sedona, AZ were we did our shoot at Red Rock Crossing. There was a little creek, greenery, red rock and nature...ahh it was just soo pretty. I HATE taking photos and am not photogenic AT ALL, so I truely hope these came out good haha. |

WTF?
My DJ was fired!
Today my fiance and I were suppose to meet with out DJ to go over timelines and music. We have meet our DJ a couple times before and he was an awesome guy with a great personality. Today....the owner of the DJ company calls my fiance and says that our DJ is no longer with the company because "he did something illegal" WTF!?!? LOL...this would only happen to me! SO! We were bummed because we really liked him but everything is okay. They are giving us another DJ (who we have never met) but is a "really good DJ, great personality and DJs for a rock radio station" AND they will also be sending another female bilingual DJ and she will do all the talking. This DJ may not have been the one we picked but at least we still have one and didn't have look for another one. He will be calling us to set up another appt so I'll let you guys know how that goes. |

Got an RSVP in the mail...
Are you kidding me!?!?
I got an RSVP in the mail today for 10 adults and 6 children! Yupp, that's right, 16 people!!!!!! I addressed the invitation out to 2 people not 16!!! I am fuming, absolutely LIVID!! I cannot believe the NERVE some people have.
This is my aunt who Im not even close to, don't even spend holidays with!! We thought that originally she would maybe put 5 AT THE MOST but never did I imagine 16! To top it all of, she requested that the children have an adult meal HAHAHA which we all know is more expensive than a child's meal. My mom is hesitant to call so Im like FINE! I'LL CALL her and say that due to the size of the venue, I only reserved a certain amount of seats for you. Im at the point where I don't care if she gets upset. I don't know if I should laugh or punch a mother effing wall!!!! |
