Hey ladies~
Well I have to say I miss you all so much. I really dont get on here very often anymore but I have to every once and awhile just to see who got married!!! Well I finally got some of my pictures back from my photographer. She took so many and we have been going through them and trying to find my favorites. We have not even started on the reception yet. That is another 1200 pictures to go through. Lets just say that she took a lot of pictures. She was absolutly wonderful!!! So take a look at my pictures and enjoy the sunshine and smiles!!! The last three are more of just decorations...My cake, my finished mailbox, and my ceremony site also know as my grandparents home!!! It is so breath taking so if you dont look at any other picture but the last one it is worth looking at!!! |

The wedding day run down!!!
the good, the bad, and the down right rude!!!
(attention: I will post pictures of all my decorations and fun stuff as soon as I get some. As many of you know I do have some pictures on my last post )
THE GOOD: Well all in all the wedding day went pretty good. I tried not to let the little things bother me and I tried to ignore that family drama. Well the night before the wedding my mother rented two suites at a local hotel so the girls and I went to the hotel sat in the hot tub and sauna and just relaxed. We ordered pizza had our nails and toes done and just had a blast. Lets just say it was not an early night!! We didnt get to bed until well after 3 am!!! Yikes!!! 6:45 am the alarm went off and all the girls did not even more so I got up and said lets go girls!!! I went and got them all coffees and we headed down to the reception site to make sure that my husbands mother was there. She had ALL the decorations. We didnt stay there long because we had hair appointments and I wanted the reception hall to be a suprise to me. It looked beautiful!!! The wedding ceremony started on time and went awesome. My dad who I adore...haha... he got up there to give me away and couldnt remember what he was suppost to say....I had to mumble what he was suppost say. I will never let him live that down!!! GET READY FOR THE DRAMA: I have one aunt Cindy and her daughter Andrea that are not very trust worthy people. They are on my dads side of the family and if it wasnt for my ring bearer being my aunts son I would have told them both off right then and there. To start off the drama my 15 year old cousin Andrea tried stealing my grandpas camera from his house and got caught. Then my aunt was bound determined to have Andrea in the wedding getting her a almost replica of my bridesmaids dresses and when I was inside waiting to go out to walk down the isle my aunt tried to send my cousin in as a junior bridesmaid and oh did my baby sister step in and basically said hell no. Well this is after my aunt took all my helper corsages that I had ordered and put them all on her entire family. I shrugged that off and just said this is my day ignore it. That is exactly what I did. When I was walking down the isle I get to the end where my dad is about to give me away and I looked over to where my mom was suppost to be sitting and we guess who is in my parents seats...the first two seats in the front row....my freaking aunt and cousin....oh that really pissed me off but I just looked at my husband and tried not to let it bother me....Really I was ready to punch her in the face!!! WAS I WRONG TO BE MAD???When we got into my grandpas 37 ford coupe to take us to our reception I vented and vented to my husband and when I got to the reception I just let it all go and that is what I did and I had a blast at my reception!!! We danceed all night and I did end up ripping a ruffle on my dress :( but I am having that fixed right now and my dress preserved!!! THE BAD: Well the dumb lady at the jewerly shop where I purchased my husbands wedding band sized him wrong. Well she sized him to big and the morning after the wedding he lost his wedding ring :( the jewery shop is giving me a large discount on a new ring, but it was still a bummer!!! The pastor said that when we got the new ring in that he will bless it for him again!!! SIDE NOTE: I did get cake shoved in my face as you seen from my pictures before, but I have to tell you I got him 10 times worse then he got me!!! : ) |

Well they day was so wonderful.......I am a married women now and I could not be happier......Please look through some of the pictures that my new sister sent to me...I will post more when I have more....Oh make sure you look at how cute my cake turned out....its hard to see in the last picture but the shoving picture you can see it pretty good....If you girls have any questions please feel free to ask...I am an expert now...haha
P.S. I really missed you girls...... P.S.S. I will post all the good, the bad, and the down right ugly later when I have more time....for now I am trying to get everything back to normal!!! |

Do you have guest staying at your home during your wedding???
Well Ladies offically I have one week from tomorrow until I become Mrs. Magnuson....YAY.....finally it is here.....My to do list is 4 miles long and keeps growing but hey thats part of wedding planning....
So one of the things I have to do on my 4 miles to do list is get my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house for 7 additional people.....OMG where I am going to put them all.....Since most of them are college students and cant afford a hotel I couldnt say no to them staying with us....eeek So now we will have 9 people staying there including us and 3 dogs....again I say....EEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKK So how many of you girls are having people stay with you during the wedding time??? |

For those of you girls out there that are wearing a veil with their dress.....this question is for you.....
I bought (well my grandma bought) my veil for me at the bridal shop where I bought my dress from. It is stunning and I just picked it up and it was even more stunning outside in the sunlight.... My grandma did not tell me how much the veil cost and well today when I picked it up the reciept was attached and I about crapped my pants....... Here it is $192.50 WOW I was stunned at how much it cost for my veil....so how much did you girls pay for yours??? I am not going to take it back or anything my grandma would be upset if she knew that I found out how much it actually cost and she would be even more upset if I were to take it back to get a cheaper one.....so I am just going to pretend that I know nothing How much was yours??? |

So I have my wedding makeup trial this weekend.....I have two choices for my wedding I can get just my makeup done for $40 or I can get airbrush makeuup for $70.....I get to try the airbrush on saturday so I guess that will give me the final decision, but I am just wondering if this is a bit high on the price scale or if it is average???

Anyone else NOT having a seating chart???
Ok I have noticed a lot of girls asking about seating charts and table names and all that fun stuff...personally I just find it to be a big headache and why not let people sit by who they want to sit by.....I am going to have reserved tables for family, but other than that it is a seat yourself afair....
Is anyone else not having a seating chart or is it just me?? |

Bridesmaids??? How did you choose your special girls??
So we all have girls that are standing up for us...my question to you girls is how many bridesmaids are you having and how did you choose those special girls???
I am having 6 my baby twin sisters (who will be 18 tomorrow) are going to be my maids of honor-this was an easy choice since I love my sisters so much!!! my other bridesmaids are girls that I love, adore, respect, and appreciate more than they will ever know...really it was an easy choice for me!!! I cant wait to hear how you decided on your girls!!! Oh yeah I found this picture and I decided to read the article that went with it...haha...this lady had 24 yes I said it 24 bridesmaids...The little ones looked like flowergirls to me but she called them bridesmaids....it said how she didnt want to leave anyone out!!!! WOW 24....imagine the stress of that day!!! |

The Day After???
So on my last post I asked what you girls were doing the night before so...my question to you now is what are you doing the day after the wedding???
We will have like 6 people staying at our house and since my fiance' will have to leave Monday Morning after the wedding to go to eastern Montana to harvest winter wheat...both of us kind of just want to spend the day together...However I know that we are going to have to visit with our company and open our gifts with our family....So any suggestions to help us get away and spend some one on one time together before he has to leave to go to Eastern Montana??? What are you doing the day after you get married??? |
