How many times did you change your mind?

So, over the course of our engagement, I have changed my mind on a few things with this wedding...

- the date
- the venue
- the photographer
- the bridal party
- the wedding band
- the honeymoon

Hmm after writing them all down, I'm starting to see why FH gets annoyed every time I start a sentence with "so, I've been thinking......"

In my defence, every time we have changed stuff, we've both become ridiculously happy and excited!!!

Have you changed your mind on anything???

ummm anything and everything, started off with an idea, and half way through changed!

hmm... so far the date, the venue and starting to think over the bridal party as im already starting to have issues with them, im pretty sure the date will stay the same now, im really happy with it , wedding bands will be the same as the ones we have now  as for the honeymoon we still thinking and have 2 places in mind so we'll see and just like u everytime we have changed something its for the better and are happy with the new idea :)

Just the bridal party for the major things, but I've changed my mind occasionally about minor details too.

We have been lucky.
Nothing has changed...but then being a bit older (we are 30) we know who we are and what REALLY represents us, so it was a cinch: The most stress free thing I have ever planned.

i couldnt count how many times ive changed things.... i was never one of those girls who grew up dreaming of what her wedding day would look like. I mean, i always wanted to get married but the details were never thought about...so when i got engaged i was going in blind. It took me so long to find what i really wanted and even now i wish i changed a few things but its too late. I think i drove my FH and bridesmaids crazy, I changed their dress like 10 times, even the colors of my wedding 4 times. O the joys

Yes, we decided to slightly change our colors to more muted tones instead of having persimmon be the central color. It ended up impacting our flowers for the ceremony and reception and my bouquet. The wedding is in the summer and we didn't want the intensity of the persimmon to make it look like it was set in the fall. So we chose to include more ivory, champagne and yellow.

Nothing has changed....like Scotchminx, we are in our early thirties and have a good idea of what we like and at no point have swayed due to others opinions, nor got caught up in what other people have had / done. It is our wedding, our way.
