To save money we have decided to do our own catering. We will be making the food and warming it with several chafers. Heres the menu:

*Lasagna
*Spaghetti and Meatballs
*Stuffed pasta (vegetarian option)
*Garden Salad with lots of veggies

My brother is the manager of a Italian restrant. We are going to hire a few of his employee to set up the tables, hand out horderves and bread sticks , and refill drinks.
Our horderves will be very simple. A small plate (probably blue..the color contrast thing again) with a mini cheese ball , cpl crackers and some grapes.

Looks yummy. What is a chafer and where do you get them?? Cost?

Its a food warmer. You can get them from pretty much any where you rent wedding supplies.
