I haven't done it but my Mom has and it totally works. She loves it - she signed up for the online one and she lost weight a lot faster than she thought. She didnt even need to lose that much, but she has and she gets to start shopping for her MOB dress sooner than she expected!!! I also have a friend who does the meeting WW and she loves it too and is losing weight.
Just from other's experiences I think WW is probably one of the most effective diets you can go on. Because it isn't actually a diet, it helps you control your portions and think more about what you are eating.
I have been on it for almost 3 weeks and have lost 8 pounds. I am quite impressed. I don't even consider if a diet, just healthier eating. I do all of my tracking online and that is what really helps to keep you accountable. The great thing about it is no foods are restricted, but it's best to choose wisely so you can enjoy more. But I must say I did enjoy a double chesseburger yesterday from McDonalds! Best of Luck.

I found that it made me choose healthier foods over say chips because they were lower points. It not only helped me lose weight, it helped me develop a healthier life style
