we met in High School and reunited 2 years after we graduated.

We knew each other through highschool and a mutual friend and about 12yrs after highschool we ran into each other and started talking and things went from there and now we've been togehter over 6yrs

OK OK....We did meet at the bar....We didnt go out looking to meet someone we were just out with our friends having a good time and we had mutual friends!!!

We met in highschool... i couldn't stand him.  
About 6 years later we met up at a party.. my one night stand turned into a lifer! :)

I was visiting my grandparents for their 50th wedding anniversary party/my cousin's wedding in the summer of 2005.  Jared was (and still is) a good friend of one of my cousins, so he was around quite a bit.  We kinda hit it off, and he kissed me the night before I left to fly back to California.  We were phone buddies for a month while I worked and saved, and then I flew Jared out to Cali to sightsee for a few days and then drive to NY with me.  I had decided to move here!  We've been together ever since!!

Moving across the country was the biggest decision I ever made for myself, and I don't regret it at all!

My fiance is my best friend's step cousin so whenever I went to her house for labor day parties we hung out together and had a great time.  Then, almost 5 years ago, I went camping with her family and his and we have been attached at the hip ever since! I was only a sophomore in high school then, now I'm almost done with my sophomore year in college!

My cousin used to go to highschool with my fiance' and she set me up with him on a blind date...We've hit it off right away and became inseperable ever since.

i met my fiance online in a local chat room. He was in germany ( on business and i was here in seattle. We chatted for about an hour online then (not usually doing this) i asked if he would like to call me and he said yes and i was like o wait your in Germany and he said " you know they do have phones here" lol so last april he had to work in germany again and he asked if i would like to fly out there and stay a week with him so i did and when i was in the airport in new jersey switching planes he caled me and said " see i told you they had phones here" lol  anyways so after he returned home about a month later from working in germany we met  2 months after that he was working in arizona and called me and asked me if i would be his girlfriend and now almost 4 years later we are engaged!!!!

We went to school together beginning at kindergarten!  And, were high school sweeties..... been together ever since :)

We both met in law school. It was his last year and my first. He was extremely charming and very smart. I thought he was so cute and likewise, but I was casually dating someone for a couple of months. Nevertheless, Chris and I had developed a good friendship, and almost 4 months later things didnt work out between me and this other guy, so when Chris found out he immediately asked me out.

We met on match.com too!  And come to find out we have a TON of people in common and we never knew each other!

I worked at the grocery store when i was in highschool and he came in and shopped every sat. The we finally we on a date and have been together ever since

We met at a basketball game. He was coaching I was watching (him)

Actually i think our meeting was fate because we met at a club, and my friend had to drag me out that night becuase i really didn't want to go; and his friends had to drag him out too!! but i usually give fake numbers and aliases when i go out because i just like to have a good time and not be harrassed.  But i didn't see him at all that night and he approached me and asked me to dance, then he complimented me on my outfit, and wanted to talk to me. After some talking he asked me for my number and i was almost going to give him a fake number, but for some reason i didn't!!.

Now that i look back i thank God that he brought him into my life!!

I was his bartender. I made drinks for him for 8 months before he ever said anything not drink related to me. I avoided dating customers but he invited me to the lake, which is HARD for me to say no to. The boat broke down the day before we were supposed to go on it but we decided to go out to dinner. He told me that night he was moving to Florida (from Dallas) in a month and a half. Summer flings are alwyas fun so we kept seeing each other. After he moved I visited him on a whim and I just kept going back until I moved east too!

We met here at work  ( comcast) I thought we was too serious at first! 4 years later.. here we are! Plus is 5 years younger than me, and more mature than most 28 year olds my age!!!
