It's finally over
Yesterday was the wedding. Everything didn't go perfect but I still had the best time of my life. Married life has been wonderful so far and I know there are many more wonderful days to come. I am so happy to finally be Mrs. Johnson. I will post pictures after I get the memory card from my photographer. Thank you guys so much for all of your support and ideas. I hope all of you have a great wedding like I did.

almost here
2 days!!!!!! OMG I am scared, excited, nervous, stressed and a few other emotions I don't even know how to explain. I can't believe after being enaged for 2 years its finally down to 2 days. I can't even sleep for more the a few hours a night cuz I am so happy. Thank you everyone for all the help and encouragement when I felt down. I will post pics after the wedding.

I bought these from payless. They were on sale for $9.00. I couldn't beat that. I can't wait to see how they look with my dress.
UPDATE: I went for my final fitting today and these shoes look great with my dress. The length was perfect. I am so excited I didnt want to take the dress off. |

UPDATE
Ok so here is what is going on... we have 14 days till the big day and we just found out that our pastor has to have surgery. He is trying to find us a replacement but isnt sure if anyone will do it on such short notice. I really dont know what to do now. Any words of encouragement... I could really use some. Everything is paid for what can I do.
UPDATE: Today I got a call from my grandmothers reverend and he is willing to let us have the ceremony at his church. I am so happy. |

Wedding Reception
So since we don't have enough money to pay for the reception and we do not want to postpone the wedding. We have decided to have like a dinner. Everyone who wants to come out to dinner with us after the cermony can but they will be paying for their own food. We have found a resturant that has a private room that they will let us decorate and everything but we will collect money for their dinners. At first I didn't want to do this I thought how ghetto but if this is the only way to have some what of a reception then I am willing to do it. We will be paying for my mom and sisters, grandmom and my FH mom.

Well there is only 24 days until the wedding and everything seems to be going wrong. We had planned to use our tax money to pay for all of the big things for the wedding like venues and cake. We called the other day to check on our tax return and found out that one of my FH student loans took the whole check. Now I have no idea how we will pay for the wedding. My family keeps telling us not to worry it will work out and they will help but im still worried nothing will work out.
