Since I have been married for 6 mths and I am nine months pregnant, I haven't had any free time to communicate on this website. i have been on websites like Facebook, Baby Gaga, and other pregnancy sites. So I am here to say good bye!:( I am deleting my account. BUT IF ANYONE WANTS TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME, YOU CAN LOOK ME UP ON FACEBOOK. My husband and I were supposed to leave from KC airport @ 7am to fly to NIA to MIA get on our cruise ship. We were flying DELTA and we got on our airplane on time...................
the only problem was we sat on the airplane for an hour before theY kicked us off due to maintenance problems. The only problem was, we were going to miss our conncecting flight to MIA. We couldn't get to MIA on time to catch our cruise ship. So, thanks to DELTA, we were going to miss our honeymoon. I was currently in my second month of being prego so I was more than emotional. I had my husband run up and down the KC airport to a different airlineS so they could get us to MIA on time. NO, NO, NO is all we heard. Our honeymoon was all paid for so we were screwed. I started bawling and said we are not going to sit in KC for our honeymoon. Afterall, we were supposed to leave the country! So finally my husband went to the DELTA counter and said we want our money back. We explained our situation and they said they could fly us to Key west, FL our first stop on our cruise. So they paid for our plane tickets, and hotel in Key west while we waited for our cruise ship arrival. We immediatley tried to get on our cruise ship, but they said we had to pay an extra 300.00 for each of us just to get on because of a JONES ACT I had the cruise staff called DELTA. DELTA said they never heard of the JONES ACT. DELTA said they never heard such a act. My husband had to remind him the act was formed in 1017. Because we had already paid over 2,00o for our trip, so we were fighting Carnival. So not only did we have to pay extra money for DELTA'S mistake, we were almost broke the first day of our honeymoon. We were beyond pissed.Thank god our family could wire us extra money or else we would have been stuck in Mexico with no money. So we keep fighting DELTA again and again because we want our money back. We even threatened lawyers. But Delta gave us a $200.00 voucher for a future flight. HELLO, FLIGHTS COST AT LEAST $500.00 A TICKET! SO EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE, BUT FUCK DELTA! we are going to take a second honeymoon in two years. and we are not going on a cruise!

I AM OFFICALLY MRS. PIPER!! YAY!!! IT IS SO EXCITING!! I WANT TO CONGRADULATE ALL BRIDES OF 2011 SO FAR AND GOOD LUCK TO FUTURE BRIDES TO BE!!!

I'm offically Mrs. Piper:) YAY! It's so nice to be married after being engaged for over 1 year!!!

Two weeks before the wedding, I started to get really sick. I thought it was just the flu but it lasted more than one weekend. I remember having a fever with it, so i had my CH take me to the doc for a strep test.

Well the strep test was negative, but the pregnancy test was positive. I thought my CH was going to pass out. I kept telling the doctor that to test me again, that it wasnt accurate. I mean, I had just gotten off of the pill.

Well at time of wedding, I felt ok. I was 9 weeks prego. I did feel extremely tired but I had a awsome Personal attendant who helped me.

we took a cruise to the Western carribean which everyone told me I was going to feel sea sickness but nah, I was just fine.

Here we are, Im 10 weeks along and now we have to think about a baby coming Jan. 4.

My CH and I are estatic, yet timing wasn't the best but we are thinking positive.

Has anybody suffered from selfish bridal party members? If so, how are you handling it?

I am three weeks away from my wedding and my MOH/only sister and my fh are not talking. I can barely get her to talk to me.

A week ago, my family has been hounding me about my weight,. They call me fat, grab my fat, and make comments. I am a little overweight, but my fh and I workout 3 times a week. He has lost 35 pounds. I have lost 5. The point is I am trying to lose weight! Im eating better too...

Finally, My fh heard them say not nice comments to my sister/MOH. He called her a loser and to pick on someone her own size. My sister is rail thin no hips no curves. Unlike me.

So I feel like I'm losing my sister because she stopped supporting me and wont come to any showers. She said she will be in wedding still but will skip rehearshal dinner. My heart is broken.

What do I do?? Im so sad, I almost feel alone if it werent for my fh.
I believe my fh did the right thing for sticking up for me, but I am sad that my familys kind torn.

Hi there,

I have very pale skin, and have my whole life. It's taken a while, but finally, at the age of 31, I am comfortable with the color of my skin, and don't want to change it for my wedding day. I have been getting some slack about this from some people saying that I will look pastey.

Has anyone else decided to forgo tanning for the big day? Have you gotten any negative (or positive) reactions?

I was totally skeptical about spanx. I had never used them before, but i thought i'd try them on anyway. OMG! IT WAS AMAZING! I have super big hips and still out of shape but with these spanx, it makes me look thinner (it thats a word LOL) I got the newer version of spanx that just came out. My spanx cost me 38.00 but that was at my bridal store . Not sure what they cost at the departement stores. I do have to warn ya though, spanx are tight! some people may not like them but It did not bother me! Thank you Sara blakely!:)

I got a call last night, and the wedding dress has arrived!! Im so excited!! My sister and I plan on going to see it today! Yay!

MY FH IS TAKING HIS MEN TO A CUBS GAME/CHICAGO FOR HIS BACHELOR PARTY. HE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE HIS MEN IN HIS WEDDING PARTY CUBS HATS.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE WE COULD BUY BULK CUBS HATS FOR A DISCOUNT? IT DOESNT MATTER THE DESIGN, COLOR. JUST NEEDS TO BE A OFFICAL CUBS HAT.
