.....Centerpiece Ideas???...

Going over some ideas for centerpieces. There are some many styles and options!! I'm thinking that since the ceremony will be at sunset with the reception to follow outside..that I don't really need to have an absurd amount of flowers...right?

I love the hurricanes wine bottles! We are gonna be at a vineyard and I just think they look really pretty. I also love the tall flower pieces as well. I think they will add some lovely color to everything.

What I'm thinking about doing is having few key flower pieces to add punches of color and then doing lots and lots of candle light? Should it be a little mixture of the led's and real candles cause I don't want to burn the place down..lol! So, lemme know what you guys think :D

Hi! I really like that idea, that's actually what my original plan had been. If you'd like you can check out my page and see my early posts to get some inspiration. I've changed my theme now since I relocated my venue, but here's a couple things I had planned on using that might be helpful to you...
*wine cork with slice in the middle to hold name cards for guest seating-much easier to DIY than buy the ones online
*ask the winery your having your wedding at to let you "rent" a couple wine barrells for decor @ the ceremony & reception, VERY cute, can hold wine bottles with candles and flowers on top, they told me I wouldn't have to rent them that they'd just let me borrow them for awhile since they were older and not going to be used again-trying to buy old wine barrels is WAY too expensive
*Favors-rip off like 3 or 4 grapes(red & green) that you buy from grocery store and hand dip them in chocolate bark (like xmas time choc covered pretzels) SUPER easy to make and VERY cheap I also thought it was a good idea cause nobody eats those nasty candy almonds anyway so why not use chocolate covered grapes to go with your theme and since you're only using 3 or 4 grapes attached to the vine they'll fit in the itty bitty favor boxes. I'd say you could make these 2 or 3 days before the wedding and they'd still be good, considering they are kept in the fridge or out of the heat for those days :)
Good Luck wish u the best!

@6yrs2kidsl8tr...Thanks! I will definitely check out your blog!  I had changed my original idea as well. We were gonna do it at a beach in La Jolla,Ca but with the way I wanted things done..it was way over budget so I really wanted something outdoors so we went with the vneyard instead.
I was thinking of using the wine corks as table number holders and YES..we are using the barrels :D For sure as a cake table. She said we can use a total of 3 barrels so maybe with our unity candles at the ceremony and the other for where my guest book will be? I love the chocolate grapes idea! Awesome. I never would of thought of that. I would do them as favors but with everyone traveling, I wouldn't want them to melt or mess up. Maybe I could use them in my guest baskets instead? Thank u
again for the great ideas :D

Question?? How do you get the candles inside the wine bottles?? Are they bottomless?? If so how do you get them that way??
