On Saturday my MOH, My mother, and myself went to check out my reception venue again. We met with the coordinator for the clubhouse there and asked him some questions about the details. I fell in love all over again (it's been about 2 years since we booked the place! Just looking around the place I got lots of great ideas!
1st Picture: front of the carriage house, where our reception will be.
2nd Picture: foyer, where I will put our guestbook table with memorial bud vases for my grandma. great-grandma. and my friend.
3rd Picture: chandeliers inside. Aren't they gorgeous!?
4th Picture: The left hand-side of the front doors is a little area where we will put either the lounge area or the live music.
5th Picture: DJ Balcony
6th Picture: Small window area, possibly for the live music or lounge area
7th Picture: Dance Floor!
8th Picture: Hallway (to the bathrooms), also where the buffet will be set up
9th Picture: Bathroom door (needs a little "something")
10th Picture: Phone area in the wall.. absolutely need to do something with this.
11th Picture: UGLY carpet!
12th Picture: UGLIER chairs, we'll be using chair covers
13th Picture: Outside balcony that looks over a small pond below and the golf course

We found out that they have a large easel we can set up my escort card bulletin board on, votives we can put on the tables, white linens for the tables and lots of other things that we won't have to spend our money on! :) I couldn't be happier!
(any suggestions for the phone area or something to spruce up the bathroom doors?)
