Centerpieces

I think I finally found a centerpiece that I LOVE! I was browsing Karen Tran's blog and noticed she uses this set up quite a bit for her centerpieces. I absolutely LOVE the entire look! So I'm going to start searching for vases and things so I can try to recreate it myself. :)

Does anyone know where I can find large vases in the shape or the little candle holders with the long stems? Thanks ladies!

I just found these candle holders with the stems at Dollar Tree last week. I bought 8 but now I want more. $1.00 a piece???? Talk about a deal!!!!
