Pre Holiday Regime:
wake up at 6 am and run Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Strength train Tuesday and Thursday, and Yoga one night a week.
Watch (almost) everything I eat, and drink mostly water.

Holiday Regime: (keeping in mind it has been -30 c for like 2 weeks straight - lol but it's not cold in the gym.......)
Roll out of bed just in time to get ready for work
Drink lots of coffee
eat chocolates in work lunchroom in place of all meals (including breakfast) and snacks
go home and lay on the couch while snacking instead of cooking a healthy supper
Drink mostly wine ( and rum and coke, and rum and eggnog.....)
Attend Holiday events where fat laden food is served and consumed in mass quantities (by me of course)

Strangely enough, my pants are feeling a little tight.

I think it might be time for me to wake up and get my butt moving agian, and put down the shortbread........

Oh god I feel so sluggish started the exercise again today I need such a kick up the ass with less than 5 wks to go and a dress fitting next week but anyway..........I love food what can I say and he loves it more which doesnt help!
