I've been starting and stopping with this for quite a while, but trying to finish up all my DIYs as I am down to 6 months to go.. So here it is. I think something is still missing, and might fix the top part better where the bow is, but I am pleased with the overall outcome. Any suggestions would be more than welcomed ladies..
heatherm76: I bought the wooden "Cards" letters from a projectwedding vendor, then bought the crystals and glued them on. The vendors email is craftyeddy@gmail.com.

mrsharris2be: Well I used 2 shoe boxes i had around the house and bought 1 cake box from AC Moore for the bottom box. Got Tiffany Blue satin fabric from Fabric.com (also have alot left over if your interested), and wrapped each box with the fabric and spray on glue. The rhinestone banding I got from Joanns and hot glued it around the 2 boxes you see. The white ribbon is 1 1/2" inch satin ribbon from papermart.com. Then just hot glued the boxes together. Hope this helps.
dreamingofpurple- Thanks! I got the card sign from a wedding vendor yu can email him at craftyeddy@gmail.com . Then painted it with silver metallic acrylic paint from Michaels. Then glues the rhinestones on one by one.The swarovski rhinstones I bought from ebay. Hope this helps.

Hi, the box is beautiful! I do Keepsake Boxes and they are merely hat boxes that I use. I cover them with material and add embellishments to them. I personally think your slit for the cards to go in really needs to be the top box. The card sign is very nice, but I think alittle too large. I would make smaller signs and place them on 4 sides of the box. Remove the ribbon and add the typical tiffany bows all around each top (band). Create a very simple arrangement of seasonal flowers on top and let them hang half way down the 4-tier boxes. Take care
