This is mrscrosdaletobe's Pink Wedding!

Hello ladies: We'll the day of my proposal, was quite strange. My Fh proposed to me without a ring, it was kind of strange. He awoke with this surprise. I thought he was playing. He said he needed to talk to me about something really important. So I said baby can't this wait till the morning. He said no I have to tell you now. We'll he said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, and he couldn't see his life without me. Of course I started crying, and then he popped out the ring; which was a candy ring, so now I really think it's a joke. I was like baby where the ring is, this is what you are proposing to me with. He said baby it's not about the ring, it what we have in our hearts. A ring shows emotions, feelings, or the in depth of our love, a ring is just a symbol. As I thought it is true, a lot of us get wrapped up into the ring, and not what's really at stake here, and that’s bringing to two together as one.

So, I apologized. So he asked how soon I wanted to go and look for a ring. Eventually we did, within that week. I didn't know what I wanted and the jewelers are so hungry, and I didn’t want to feel rushed. This is an impulse buy as it is, and I didn't want to make a quick decision, in the spare of the moment. So after going from jeweler to jeweler, my Fh knows what I like; so hopefully he'll surprise me by Christmas.

He doesn't want to charge the ring; he says it's the first sign of wedding debt. We have already planned to pay for everything as we go. So I look forward to sharing my ring with you guys when I get it.....

My wedding colors that I have decided to go with are fushicia, black, and white. I had to come up with a final decision based on all the colors that I have dedided to go with; that all included the color pink. My FH has a problem with pink. He was totally against it. But he is finally ok with it, now. He says he know that is my day, and he wanted me to be happy, and not look back from now at the pictures, and be sorry. I think his main thing was that the groom mens, wouldn't want to wear pink vest and ties, becuase most of them are so macho! (who cares) But we have decided that some will wear pink, and some will wear the black. So happy this discussion is over (Ugggh). Is anyone having this problem?
