About Me
a little about me
I’m Trish, I’m 22 years old, I was born on St. Patricks day, and I am planning the wedding of my dreams. I met my fiancé Brandon 5 years ago on my 18th birthday. We are best friends, we love hiking, camping, beaches, traveling, coffee, family, movies, history, boating, fishing… and so many more things. We just have so much fun together, but it hasn’t always been easy we’ve had many bumps in the road over the past 5 years but at the end of the day we worked our way through them and I think that it only has made us stronger. Brandon graduated college about a year after we met and got a job offer in Boston, we packed our bags and hit the road, we spent a couple years in Boston where we made some of the best memories there, its where we discovered ourselves. While we lived out there Brandon popped the question! And of course I said yes! I started planning a huge wedding and never seemed to get into the wedding planning mode… In the midst of planning our “big” wedding we found out we were expecting and I stopped planning and put all my focus on becoming a first time Mom! To me the wedding could wait, it wasn’t what I always dreamt of, It was what everyone else wanted. We decided we wanted to move back closer to home before our little one was born, so Brandon transferred jobs to Upstate New York. We moved here last January, and our son was born in February, he just turned a year old this February and all you Moms out there know the first year becoming first time parents is crazy and there is time for NOTHING, but now that we have it down pat, we want to get married… so here I am planning the wedding of my dreams…walking down the isle with the sand in between my toes in a simple white flowing dress with a big flower in my hair! We invited our immediate family to join us but unfortunately they can’t, so its just going to be my fiancé, myself, and our 1 year old son, Carter having a intimate ceremony on Lindquist Beach, on the island of St. Thomas. We could not imagine not having our son be with us for this special day, he has been the best thing that has ever happened to us, so we are going to take a Cruise out of NYC in May and get married on the island and continue cruising after our wedding. Its been so much fun planning and believe it or not stress free!
