Rant From The Bride
Ever Just Feel Alone??
So I'm now officially 2 months away from my wedding I have never felt more alone! I'm trying to get everything taken care of, and yes sadly I'm one of those Brides that is trying to finish everything up 1-2 months before the wedding. However, we're having the wedding in VEGAS which makes it a lot easier for only 40 people versus 75-100 people. But, I still have things to take care of. I have people who constantly say, "Don't worry I help you, I promise!" and then you never hear from them again. Or the people who have been knowing about this wedding for more than a year are starting to complain about plane tickets. Dude, you knew about this long time ago, why are you starting to trip now?! Then there are those who spend money elsewhere and when you ask them if they have gotten their stuff yet, they say, "Oh, umm, I'm going to get it." I'm not playing anymore, everything, as far as attire, must be purchased by April 19th! Seriously to allow time for the shipment to come in and any alterations should there need to be any. I mean this is just absolutely crazy! But you know what, in the end I have to remember that it is my day, and it is going to look beautiful. I will not be worried about anybody not making it on time b/c they wanted to focus more on themselves. If you are not ready at the designated time, you will be left. And I will include that in the next newsletter that I sent out.
Has anybody suffered from selfish bridal party members? If so, how are you handling it? |

So my soon to be FIL has offered to pay for the wedding reception/dinner. We had some issues with the guest list but luckily everything has been finalized.

The FH and I have finalized majority of everything and ready to bring this sucker home!! I thought that by having the wedding inv VEGAS it would a hell of a lot easier, although, sometimes its just as bad. I guess you can say that no matter what kind of wedding you are planning there is always going to be some difficulty. 100 Days Left!!!
OMG!!!! 100 Days - so much to do, so little time...
I cannot believe that I am now just 100 days away from being Mrs. Francois!!! This is just too unreal!!! Time is really starting to speed up!! I honestly don't think that I have that much to do. We have finalized everything, but now its time to buckle down and put everything together!!!

Bought My Dress!!!
I am so excited cause yesterday I bought my DRESS!!!! I couldn't believe it when I bought it!!! I was so nervous when I was buying I wanted to make sure that I did it right....I can't believe it was the most nerve wrecking thing we've I've ever done!! I went so slow through the process it was crazy!!!
I've also finalized the girs attire. Now the only thing left to do: 1.) find a corsette 2.) find shoes 3.) buy my garter 4) purchase my jewelery 5.) clean my mommies veil |

Four Months To Go!!!!
Can't Believe It - 4 Months and I'll be a MRS!!
First let me start by hoping that everyone had a very nice Valentines Day!!! The FH surprised me with a teddy bear, a card, and my engagement ring!!! I was so excited!!! It's absolutely beautiful!!! When we were first looking at rings, I always drifted to the 3 stone rings, cause I just they were beautiful but of course, I was still looking at other rings. I liked the antique rings aswell, but again, I always seemed to drift to the 3 stone rings. Well, he got me a THREE STONE RING!! I was so happy, it was absolutely beautiful!! He had it tied around the teddy bear. He never fails to suprise me. Plus, I got him to get back down on bended knee and ask me to marry him again, heeheehee :-) It was so cute! Of course he waited to do it until after my friend had left, he is a very private person, and doesn't like to show his emotions to everyone,so it was soo sweet.

Vegas Wedding Planning
My Vegas Wedding is not so Easy!!!!
So I have 4 months to go until my big Day!!! I feel so behind right now! I thought that having a destination wedding was going to be easy! It's so not!!! I feel like I'm going to pop! Well especially since one more person has completely dropped out of my wedding again! I don't understand. I started with 6 bridesmaids and now I'm down to 3! Granted since its a smaller wedding it actually works out, its just Geez! Why is it that when you have something ig to plan, that's when people run away! People who are supposed to be your best friends! I haven't broken down and cried yet, and I honestly refuse to...its just damn...did not think it was going to be this hard! My father hasn't even made up his mind to say if he is coming or not! How crazy is that?!

It has happened - One Bridesmaid Down :-(
SO I'M SITTING AT MY DESK, DOING SOME HOMEWORK, AND OF COURSE SQUEEZING IN SOME WEDDING STUFF, AND I GET A CALL FROM MY FRIEND WHO IS ALSO ONE OF MY BRIDESMAIDS. SHE ASKS ME "DID YOU GET MY TEXT?" I TELL HER NO, AND THEN SHE GOES ONTO TELL ME THAT SHE IS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO BE IN MY WEDDING ANYMORE. SHE STARTS TELLING HOW HER BROTHER IS HAVING A DINNER THAT WILL HONOR HIM AND THAT SHE REALLY WANTS TO GO TO IT. OF COURSE I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND B/C THAT'S HER BROTHER, BUT I AM PRETTY SAD AND DOWN ABOUT IT. DAMN, I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN! I KNOW! I KNOW! I KNOW! PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND AND I DIDN'T SHOW THAT MY FEELINGS WERE HURT. BUT THEY ARE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT MY BEST FRIEND IS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO BE AT THE WEDDING!!!! I'M ALRIGHT, I HAVEN'T CRIED YET, I'M REALLY GOING TO TRY AND HOLD IT IN. JUST NEEDED TO VENT FOR A LITTLE.
