The Proposal

I Said Yes!!!!

The Proposal was absolutely beautiful!!! It happened on the Detroiit Riverwalk ( I love water) along with my closet family and friends. I was told that I was going to a party with the girls and when we arrived, my boyfriend and daughter were standing by the riverfront steps. When I got out the car, I saw the rest of my family and friends awaiting my arrival my the riverwalk. He said "When we first started our journey together, I knew you were the one for me. I remember all of your first and I have 12 people there to represent all the first that are important to me". As he read off each of the first experiences, one of my family and friends brought me a pink rose. The last rose was presented by my five year old daughter. He then give me a dozen white roses to represent our new journey together and got down on one knee and ask me to be his wife. Of course, I said yes....Now let the planning begin!!!
