I decided I would like to exercise more, but treadmills and running doesn't interest me. So I have joined 2 classes, Zumba and Muscle Pump!
Zumba is an amazing dance cardio work out. that includes Basic Salsa,Raggae dances,Belly dancing, Beats and more! LAst night was my first class and i loved it! it's an hour long, it kicked my butt but I felt great afterwards!
Muscle Pump is a regular fitness class that used weights, barbells and bands it's suppose to help tone your body. Tonight's my first night and I'm looking forward to it!
