NWR: We had our baby!
Arabella Rose
Arabella Rose (aka Bella for short) was born at 1:42am on August 15, 2009. She was 7 lbs 1 oz & 19 in long.
Mom had no medications! She came too fast for me to get an epidural.. 30 min. of pushing 7 times & she was here, almost before the doctor got there! |

Reception colors decided... I am becoming a damask bride!
I have decided to do damask (like everyone else... but who can help it?! It looks gorgeous!!) w/ green & silver/diamond accents. That way I can use some of the stuff I had already purchased too! :o)

We got hitched!
Gatlinburg, TN
We were trying to plan a big wedding... I originally wanted to get married in TN, but family had problems with that... When we found a place near where we live, we set a date (Labor Day weekend-May 2009 originally) but it was taken already. Then the 2nd choice of date also got taken before we could put a deposit down & so we were going to move it to the following May... That's when I found out I was pregnant. I'm due August 26th, 2009-4 days before my hubby's bday. We were still going to plan the wedding for next May, but had also talked of eloping and having a later reception. When time came for us to go on our yearly family vacation to TN w/ my dad, stepmom, & little brother, we decided we were going to go ahead & do it like we planned. We had a small ceremony on a gazebo behind the pastor's house (Above the Mist weddings are great!! I highly recommend talking to them if you are getting married in TN). Although all of our family & friends weren't there, it was very special to us & I am so glad to finally be able to call him my husband!
Also--date was very unique.. I'm big on numbers & realized that our wedding date 7.18.09 was different... If reading from left to right>> 7+1=8, 1+8=9... If reading from right to left>>9-8+1, 8-1=7 |

Bridal Set
We were looking at bridal sets even though I had already been given a ring and Zales was having a very good sale. The first ring that I found was a 1/2 carat princess cut, but we went out of town for my Spring Break & the day that we got back & was planning on ordering it, it was sold out. Anthony picked this set out & when he went to order it a few days later, it said sold out... Somehow a couple more days later, it showed back up on the website so we ordered it right then.
