Bestfriend not in wedding replaced w/male of honor

So my best friend mother of my God daughter is out the wedding. It makes me sad to know that she wont be in my wedding and a chance of my God daughter not in my wedding. Its hard cause this is the day bestfriends are excited for! My male best friend will be in her place as my male of honor. It sucks when someone so close to you cant make asacrafice to be in her own bestfriends wedding!

HA! story of my life. did she decline to be in your wedding? Sometimes I think that's better then saying they will be in it then not doing anything which is what happened with my EX MOH, I wish she would have told me from the beginning it was 'too much' for her instead she picked a fight with me and dropped out 2 weeks ago, 4 weeks before my wedding. WHO DOES THAT? anyways, I'm sure you're replacement will be better. No worries! Don't stress!Everything happens for a reason =)

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that. I guess it's going around. I had to re-evaluate my friendships with people. I really think it comes down to jealousy, some people just can't be excited for someone else. I bet when it's her turn she'll expect for you to be there for her. I know it's hard, but it's better to have people who are really want to be there for you in your bridal party.

I am sorry this happened to you. FH's best friend, his best man, ALSO dropped out of our wedding party. FH is really hurt as well so I hope things get better for you and I hope that your new MOH is the best one yet!
