Is any one else out there having a small (tiny) wedding of 50 or less (including the wedding party?

We're sending out 90 or so invitations but since it's a destination wedding at my fiance's uncles lake house we're expecting around 50 or less....30 of which are my fiances huge Irish family lol. most of my friends are in the bridal party so it's going to be a nice intimate weekend wedding.

MIne is around 60 or less depending on the response, it is an away wedding as well

We wanted to have a small wedding... we still kinda are, we are only having family(close).... but we ended up sending about 100 invites..... i think half will come....mainly my side....jeff isnt close with his family....

There were 85 guests at our wedding including wedding party, and bride and groom! It was AWESOME! And I wouldn't change one thing about it if I could do it over!

we sent out 150 invites but expect a smaller number of course-OUrs is a quaint lakeside wedding go look at our pics and see what you think? I would love to talk more and share ideas!

For a long time, ours was going to be 75-100.  It became too much, too overwhelming, and too expensive.  All plans have changed, and it's going to be 30-50 people counting myself and Toby.  Just close family and friends, that's it.  I'm so happy I changed my mind, and had the time to do that, and I wouldn't have it any other way :-)

I wish :( I could make things so much more luxurious! We are only inviting about 20 friends... the rest is FAMILY (parents, sisters, brothers, aunt, uncles and cousins- no children) and its about 175 on the list! I think having a small wedding is good and you can put so much more into the details (without paying the cost of a small home)

We are inviting about 40 (WP included) but I'm thinking 20 or 25 will come. Some times I think I'm going to lux with our  familes but then I remember I won't be doing this again  :)
