My Wedding Day
Wedding day pics!
Well it came and passed! i HAD THE MOST AMAZINGGGGG DAY!
THE ARE PICS FROM MY BFF MALLORYS PAGE (MALZ712) THANX MAL! i WILL POST UP MORE PICS AS SOON AS I GET THEM. THE WEDDING WAS A BLAST THOUGH, THE WEATHER WAS AMAZING AND THAT HELPED ALOT CUZ MY GRAND ENTRANCE WAS COMING OFF A BOAT WITH MY DAD AND THE CEREMONY WAS OUTSIDE. I WAS VERY EMOTIONAL IN THE CEREMONY BUT ONCE I HEARD "SWAGGA LIKE US" (THAT WAS OUR RECEPTION GRAND ENTRANCE SONG) I GOT IN PARTY MODE! ALMOST EVERYONE SHOWED UP, THERE WERE LIKE 8 WHO DIDNT. I HAD ABOUT 138 PEOPLE AND INVITED OVER 150. MY DJ WAS A BLAST HIS COMPANY IS CALLED BEATS ENTERTAINMENT IF ANYONES GETTING MARRIED WITHIN THE 5 BOROUGHS OF NY. AND MY VIDEOGRAPHER AND PHOTOGRAPHER WAS ALSO REALLLLLY GOOD. THE PHOTOGRAPHER GOT SOME REALLLY NICE SHOTS OF ME AND MY HUSBAND ON THE DOCK AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM. THERE WAS 1 ISSUE THAT HAPPENED, WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG ON UR WEDDING DAY NOMATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY 2 HAVE EVERYTHING PERFECT, THEY ARENT LIEING LOL WE LOST MY WEDDING BAND BEFORE THE CEREMONY AND I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL AFTER, WHEN THE PASTOR TOLD MY HUSBAND TO PUT THE RING ON MY FINGER, I LOOKED DOWN AND IT WASNT MY RING, IT WAS MY SISTERS WEDDING BAND LOL I MUST HAVE HAD THE ONLY CONFUSION LOOK ON MY FACE BUT IN ACTUAL REALITY IT WAS MY FAULT I GAVE HIS BROTHER THE WRONG BOX , SO WHEN WE GOT HOME THAT NIGHT, I FOUND MY RING AND I WAS SO RELIEVED! OTHER THAN THAT MINOR TECHNALITY, THE WEDDING WAS MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. THE DECOR WAS SOOOO BEAUTIFUL AND I WILL BE POSTING MORE PICS UP OF IT. MY CENTERPIECE IS MY 6TH PICTURE. WELL ENJOY =) |

My Bachelorette Weekend!

WOOHOOOOOOOOO Had such a good weekend with all my girls!
On Friday we went to Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and our rooms were sooooo nice, we drank in the rooms and went to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and since I was a Bride to Be, the waiter made me stand up infront of the whole restaurant while everyone clapped for me and called me a SUCKER lol After dinner we went back to our rooms to drink some more and change and we hit up the club Casbah.. (Rock the Casbah, Rock the Casbah) .. if you know the song lol After the club a few of us went to gamble and I won $100 so that was fun lol and I got to bed at 5:30am and we woke up around 11 and went to breakfast. On Saturday night I was back in Brooklyn so my cousins wanted to take me out again to complete my weekend and we went to Club Duvet in the city with Lauren, Kristen and our friend Annie. Its was sooooooooooo much fun, I was very intoxicated! My Bachelorette was everything I expected it to be and now I'm counting down the days til my Big Day! I can't waitttt!!! |

Surprise!Bridal Shower!

Well I had such a crazy fun- filled weekend-
Thursday 8/6- I got my marriage license Friday 8/7- My 25th Bday Saturday 8/8- My Bday dinner with the Family Sunday 8/9- My Surprise Bridal Shower! Well I sort of had a feeling that my Bridal Shower was on Sunday but I had no idea it would have been that much fun and soooo beautiful. Since my nephew Denzel's bday is August 10th and mine is the 7th, My family told me they were having a cake for me and my nephew at my Brother and Sister in Law's house so I went to my brothers house expecting a Transformers theme bday party and I walked in the door and got silly stringed with pink silly string and rose petals thrown at me lol It was hilarious. My cousins decorated the whole place and it looked amazing! they catered food, cake and my cousin made cupcakes and got lollipops made and candles as favors. We played a bunch of games- Hot bouquet (its something like hot potato but with a bouquet). We played Bingo (How much do you know about the Bride), Name the celebrity couples on TV, How much do I know about my Fiance and then Chris showed up in the middle of the Shower so we did one for him on how much he knows about me lol. We did good lol. and the last game was making penis's out of blue play-doh and I had to pick the winner- I picked my friend Stella's cuz it was the most unique lol Over-all I got so much gifts and I really enjoyed myself. It was amazing. |

So I turned the big 2-5! Me and my Bestests and my cousins and FH went out to the South Street Seaport to this place called Sequoia's. It was very crowded at first because DJ Camilo was DJ-ing ( He's very known in NYC ) He DJ's for Hot 97 too.
But when he left the club, then it was less crowded but I had the time of my life! It was definitly the Best Bday I ever had! |

She is sooooo helpful and so creative, we have been inseperable the past few months and I dont know what I would do without her. Grace being my Maid of Honor is 5 months pregnant right now so I know she can't help out as much as she likes, but I know she trys as much as she can, by the way she just found out the sex of the baby and it is her 3rd boy! She was hoping for a girl but God has blessed her with another lil man. She should start a football team with all them boys lol Lauren also has been very helpful with my wedding planning, shes sucha fashionista, so I take her advice when it comes to my wedding style. Lauren and Kristen actually helped me pick out my dress and I fell in love with it. My lil neice Lauryn is only 16 so her job is to just show up lol She lives in South Carolina with my sister. My sister has been also very helpful (she didn't wanna be a bridesmaid because she thinks shes too old lol shes 40 might I add) so she told me in her place she wants me to have my neice. My sister is also very ill, she has a disease called Lupus and My mother passed away 11 years ago from Lupus so I'm doing a donation as favors for my wedding in honor of my Mother to the Lupus Foundation. Its a terrible disease and my sister has been through so much in the past couple of years, I'm trying to think of something to do for her at my wedding because she practically helped raise me because I was only 13 when my Mom died. My sister is my rock and words can't describe how much I love her. Anyway, I can't believe its 50 more days til my BIG day! Everything is coming together now and I'm truly excited! |

Diet Update!
The other day I tried on my dress for my Maid of Honor (She just moved back from North Carolina) cuz she had never seen it on me yet, well I tried it on and it was falling off of me, her sister Lauren (other bridesmaid) stuck both her arms in it with me wearing it so we were all saying I should go back to Davids Bridal and see if they have a smaller size in the dress because I have my final alterations appointment this coming Friday the 31st. So yesterday me and my cousins (the bridal party) went to Davids Bridal to see if I fit in the smaller size one and they didnt have the next smallest size but they had 2 sizes down, so I tried it on and it looked PERFECT!!!!! I can't believe I lost 2 dress sizes in less than 3 months! I was sooooo happy and my Maid of Honor was in tears cuz it fit my body just right! I have to go for alterations this Friday to add a bustle and a clasp but I dont need to take it in at all!
i AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF CUZ I COULD NEVER STICK TO A DIET, RIGHT MALLORY? LOL YAY ME! |

I still have another 20 to go! im a little less than 2 months to go, I think I can do it! I'm basically on the fat smash diet and sometimes I cheat cuz I love food too much lol but I am basically doing really good and getting in alot of excersize! Wish me luck |
