My wedding hairstyle
This is the look that I'm going for :) I think it would be perfect with my srapless sweet heart dress. I'm also going to go extra glam on the earrings, no necklace. What do you all think?

My future Aunt to be volunteered to do my flowers..and since she lives in a diffferent city, I have to admit I was concerned (The bride in me lol)

So the big day is fast approaching, and the closer I get the more nervous,excited, happy, etc I get. Now it's getting to the point where I can start to enjoy just being the bride. Is it ok to have a Hollywood Glam themed bridal shower @ 1:00?
Hello WBC fam,
For my Bridal Shower My Moh is doing a Hollywood theme w/ an "after five" feel, you know with cute cocktail dresses for the attire. We're having it at my complex"s clubhouse, which is open on Sat from 11:00 am to 4:00pm. I guess my MOH didn't know, because she wasn't planning to start the shower until 4:00 pm. The problem is for each addl hour you stay past 4:00 they charge $50. lol Long story short she was thinking that we might have to change the theme to something more like a brunch because of the time. She thinks it would be too early in the day. I LOVE the idea of having a hollywood theme, but do you think 1:00 or sooner is to early to have this kind of shower? |

Hey Ladies,
So lately I've been having some random people that I would consider more associates than close friends, coming up to me Inviting themselves to my bridal shower. I know that the general etiquette is to only invite those people to the shower that ur inviting to the reception. If a person asssumes thier invited to the bridal shower, and invites themsevles... do I have to invite them to the reception as well?? |

Finally picked up hubby's ring!!
So the very first thing the guy does is purchase our rings, and my FH bought my band at the same time ;) So of course it's ashame that it took this long, but I finally picked up and paid for my baby's ring!! And naturally...being the big baby I am got Teary eyed smh.. I don't know what I'm going to do the day of the wedding lol Any way Here they are...

Slowly but surely the Big check list is being cut down :) My FH and I met with a photographer that he chose, and after seeing his portfolio, I LOVE it! Great price and great work!! FH did a good job! 10-29-11 here we come :D
