***WARNING SO CAL BRIDES*** DO NOT USE ENCHANTED GARDENS FLORIST!!

Dear brides to be,

I am writing this blog to share some information with you. Do not use Enchanted Gardens florist in Temecula. The girl's name is Kim Camacho. She RUINED my wedding! When I stepped off the bus on my wedding day and was about to walk down the aisle I was in tears when I saw my bouquet and my centerpieces!! They were NOTHING like the sample she gave me. I am currently working with my lawyer to get my money back. I gave her 2 weeks to "review" my pictures and work this out in a friendly manner but she is not responding to my e-mails any more.

After I gave her the $800 deposit I found some HORRIBLE reviews on her on some websites and everything those websites said were also demostrated at my wedding. Now, those reviews that I so kindly told her about are GONE! So this is MY blog and she can't delete what I say so I will keep re posting this until I feel I have reached as many brides as possible. I do not want another girl to through what I went through on my wedding day!

1. She will call you sweetie NON STOP and talk so fast that you can't even understand what she is saying. And the pictures that she shows you are not what you are going to get!

2. She will almost dissapear right after you give your deposit. You will have to hunt her down just to get an updated contract or the pictures that she promised to send you a week ago. (Talk about adding more stress to a stressful situation)

3. She will show up at your wedding looking like a slob - that came from my guests! Wearing shorts that are too short, a knee brace and baggy stained sweatshirts.

4. My grandmother's corsage was DEAD and crispy

5. The dahlias were not even the same that I had picked out

6. My bouquet was half the size of the sample she gave me and I agreed too

7. As you can see from the pictures the centerpieces were NOT what I paid for and agreed too

8. My flower girl did not have a halo.

9. And she didn't even leave me a toss bouquet. I had to throw something that was thrown together at the last minute by a staff member of my venue.

It looked like she threw my reception together in about 10 minutes - literally. I used to have a really nice blog about her but I deleted it for the obvious reasons. BEWARE brides- she told me that she generates a lot of business through Wedding by Color!

Thanks for the post - take this dragon for everything - what a bitch for doing that to you on your day. Keep your head up hun at least you have your health happiness and your hubby and at the end of the day thats all you need now!

Did you put it on a credit card?

If you did..In the fine print that we sign as a customer agreement it states that if you did not get the service that was intended, then your money will be refunded and the business will be charged. We found that out in a different situation. So far we have put everything on a credit card to protect our wedding, we'll call it "wedding insurance". Good Luck with it all, and i hope you get everything worked out.

I didn't put it on my credit card because she doesn't take credit cards! Imagine that! Now I know why... That is so smart to only use credit cards. People just don't care anymore. And yes, I am going to report her to the BBB. :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your disastrous flowers!  I wish I could have helped. I've been doing wedding flowers for over 25 years. I hate to see ugly wedding flowers. It makes my heart hurt for the bride. It's the day we dream of often from childhood on. Temecula Floral Company is my company name and I work out of a shop on my neighbors property in Menifee. I have low overhead and work with brides on any budget. There's definitely a big difference in the sample arrangement she gave you and the final product delivered the day of your wedding. I hope all your other vendors came through for you.  A word of advise to all brides......go look at the florist's work when they're preparing someone's wedding before yours. You can see the quality of work the day before it  will be delivered to another bride. If you don't like what you see, find someone else.

I know this is years later but I just came across your blog.  Our wedding was in June of 2007 and we had the exact same experience!  I wish I had written more reviews about her.  Almost everything that you list is hands down, the EXACT same thing that happened for us, from the annoying "sweetie" every five seconds, to disappearing with no communication after the deposit was collected, to not providing what was agreed upon and in the contract.  She would say one thing, then deny it the next time we spoke.  When I spoke up once to remind her about what she had suggested and then promised, she told me that I was a picky bride!  My flowers were no where near what I expected from the samples she gave us.  Very disappointing.  I happened to see today that she has moved to Menifee.  So Menifee area brides, stay away from Enchanted Gardens!
