UT garter set!

I found a perfect garter set for my honey and me! UT themed of course! I'm not sure about the white ribbon on the front but since it will be custom made, I will make some changes, make them more girlie looking.

Wedding Reception
Houston Nasa Hilton
Since Joel and I are already married we want to have an intimate church ceremony and reception only. I like that idea! The reception will be at the Houston Nasa Hilton overlooking the water! The view is breathtaking at night. We haven't sat down with the planner yet but we would like a sit down dinner with lots of great food. We want our 100 or so guests to leave happy and full! I am thinking of salad, Horderves, steak, lobster and chicken and 2 sides and a cake at the end. I want this to be a 4 course meal!

UT Longhorn Colors
We have decided to have UT Longhorns orange as our color theme. My honey is a big UT Longhorn fan and we have decided to pick a burnt orange color. I love it! I don't want to drown our wedding and overdue the color in our wedding so I have searching for some combination colors. Here are some flowers that I really like so far.

Our Introduction
Joel and I have been married since 5/12/2010 but we haven't had a wedding yet. He moved to Houston from out of town and we have been trying to get settled. So, now we are starting to get a vision and make some decisions. Any input is appreciated. I am so excited to finally start the planning! I love my policeman!
