Wedding Dress
Me in The Dress

Well, yesterday, me, my mum and my MIL2B all went to make the final decision on the dress and order it!! Yay!!!! =D

Because we did order in the end, I was able to take some photos! =D I have taken my face out of them just in case someone I know stumbles onto this page (I know they won't, but I don't want anyone to see it until the day!).

I also ordered this dress! It looks really amazing on you. I was only able to try it on in a size 16 and I need a 10. What size is the one you have on? It really does Look amazing when it's the right size.

Okay this dress is LOVELY and you look gorgeous - I think!  LOL!

I had to check the comments to see if anyone else was as freaked out by the pixelated face as I was!!  HAHAAA.. the first comment made me laugh so hard I was almost crying... it's the freakiest thing EVER!

Other than that - LOL - beautiful, lovely dress... congrats!!

Hahaha! Thanks for the lovely comments ladies, and I'm so sorry for freaking you all out with my weird face thing. I could take it off, I suppose - no-one here knows me, and no-one I know knows I come here... if that makes sense! I might upload the actual photos later, and get rid of the weirdo face. ;-)

The dress is Maggie Sottero's Harriet. <3 <3 <3 I tried it on in a size 8 (UK) -- I think that's a 6 US? Anyway, I have ordered it in one size up because it didn't quite do up right at the back (corset back). So I'm getting a size 10 UK.

Sorry again about the weird face!! =D Forgive me!!! =P

I'm getting it in white. =) The shop assistant in another shop said I could really pull off white (when I was leaning towards ivory before I tried any dress on), so I'm going for it! =D <3

What color flower girl dresses are you buying? White or Ivory? I bought my flower girl dress a white one and it is way to stark against it. Just looking for some suggestions (Oh I have the same gown. :)

Hi,

Your dress looks absolutely gorgeous on you. I tried this on and love it, I want to get it but want to lose weight first. I'm worried I wont be able to get it any more by the time I've lost enough. If you don't mind me asking, is the size you went for the size you are in your normal clothes? Is it white or diamond white you have on in the picture? This dress business is really stressful!

Hi carole85.

Thanks for the comment. =) I got measured and my three measurements all came under 3 different UK dress sizes - 10, 8 and 12 (in that order!)...!! So they ordered a 10 (*I think*) and usually I wear size 10 clothes.

I can't be sure now though. It was back in June and I haven't seen it since. =( The shop should call me anyday now though...!! =)

You are absolutely stunning!!!! I have tried this dress in a 16 and am going to try it again in a 12, after having tried on coco and caleigha,, this one really stood out...i am truly a size 8-10 but i didnt wqant to order it in the right size until im sure of the fit! I have a small top so am worried about the fit on my bust!! Other strapless dresses fit really well!
