3rd dress....

So I already have a ceremony dress & a reception dress. I want another dress for my 1st dance. I've had a 3rd dress on my mind for a while now but my fiance is dead set against it. Well I tried on 2 dresses today & my mother loved it & said she's going to pay for it...lol! She's very confused about my reasons for needing another dress but I always get what i want. I think I'm going to keep this one a surprise from my fiance & my daddy! Lol

awww sweety i would love a 3rd dress too LOL! but its not a good idea keeping things from him specially if he is against it. and the fact that ur mum paid for it without him knowing when he already said no might not go well with him.... but i hope he loves it as much as you do! mwah mwah hope i helped!

You too? I have my ceremony and (dance reception dress), but I wanted another dress too. I found the perfect dress and all, but I decided not to get it. Our wedding is already a little over the top, and I just thought 3 dresses would just be too much, but then when I watch Kim K's Wedding...I'm like I deserve 3 dresses too lol. Then, I think about what I can do with all that money for another dress lol. I don't know, but I'm sure the day will be great with or without 3 dresses.

princesni is right. You don't want your man to think if he can't provide it for you, then go to your mom to get it. I'm sure you're going to look great in all 3 dresses though.

I get what u guys are saying but it wont bother him that my mom paid for it because my parents are paying for EVERYTHING. We aren't paying for the wedding, the dresses, or anything for that matter...lol. (I did buy my reception dress tho because my daddy was out of town & i didnt want to wait..lol) The only reason he was against the third dress to begin with is because he knew i wanted to buy it myself & the one i showed him was $1200...lol. The only thing he has to pay for is his tux! Lucky him!! But i did run it buy him, just in conversation, & his exact words were "well if your daddy wants to buy another $1200 dress go for it!"
