My FH and I are sentimental people.... at least when it comes to eachother.... even now that were engaged he has saved every single movie stub from every movie we have ever been to. I've saved every single letter we have ever written to eachother and to top that off we still save things from every date.... but this is where it gets good! the other day he came to me and said that on our wedding night after we we're finally alone we should each give eachother a gift from the heart... ( and girls please... I'm not talking about physical) so I want to give him a mail box..... Now I know what your thinking.... the stress has gotten to her she's crazy.... but believe me I've thought long and hard and it seems perfect.... Now heres the story behind it...
WHEN the movie UP first came out I begged him to go see it.... and for a while he resisted like most macho men do.... but eventually he gave in and we went..... Its the only movie Ive ever known to make him cry..... if any of you have seen this movie you understand my reference to the mail box but if you haven't it was from an extremely tuching part of the movie.... and you really need to see it~ any how... after the movie he turned to me and said that if i told anyone that a movie i chose made him cry that he would never take me to see another one again and then he said that it was the most tuching movie hed ever seen and that he promised to to always keep his promises no matter what... and then he promised to always love me. As we were leavin the movie theater he said that my hand print would look cute on a mail box...... and that is why I chose what i did..... I would love to know what everyone thinks.... cant wait to hear from you all! |

Wedding Flowers
My flower basket idea....
since my wedding theme is fall masquerade i thought instead of using flower petals in the flower baskets i would use silver confetti and autumn leaves.... my flower girl is going to have a corsage and hair pieces with my actual flowers in them.... does this sound ok?

after we talked about doing our wedding walk to mj's The way you make me feel... he decided that he wants to wear a zoot suit.... but how do i tell him it cant look tacky? i know that some zoot companies really take care in their caraftsmenship... but i dont want it to look like he's wearing a costume... what do i do?

Bridal Shower
My MOH is the best!!!!
After confessing to my MOH that i hadn't once thought about what to wear the night of my wedding or on the honeymoon she and my mom suggested a Lingerie Bridal Shower... its a type of theme i suppose but at least now I wont have to worry about wearing something hes already seen.... i'm alittle worried about what styles will show up but Its not like it will stay on long anyway right>?

Wedding Reception
I found the place!!!! just not sure which is better....
Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak and Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs.... Both resorts.... I know Squaw and Tapatio aren't very welcoming names but the pictures totally do them justice..... The First three are the only pictures i could find of SP, its literally right down the street from where my mom lives and its in a great area.... but the 15 other photos ( so much more appealing...) are at Tapatio Cliffs... same distance from my house give or take a few mins. Both cater for weddings have plenty of reception halls , gardens and terraces to choose from... but I just cant choose.... i havent looked at TC's menu or packages yet but if any one is learned in either of these two locations.... or has an opinion please let me know!
