Hey MzAdams2011, I will be getting mine from Save On Crafts (http://www.save-on-crafts.com/vases.html) While the shipping is sometimes costly, the prices are great. Bc I need a large amount of them I cant find them in the quantity I need at regular stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby or WalMart......hope this helps!

Do you have a Christmas Tree Shoppe in your area they have these tall vases and they do special order so if you find one that you like they can order the quantity you need

That is almost my exact centre piece! I need to find those vases too, but I'm crazy cheap. :D I will check out save on crafts, but if anyone else has a super cheap supplier out there I'm all ears!

These centerpieces are GORGEOUS! I love how they look, and a think the tall vases like that are super sexy! Good luck finding them....Sorry I don't have any suggestions but wanted to comment =) =)

Maybe you can get them at michaels when they have the 40% off coupons? Print of a few coupons and take friends and family!! We did that with some things at michaels because the coupons are 40% off any one item. Worth a shot if you can't find them any place else

well i found some on line at www.dollartree.com look up vases they're-ofcourse 1.00 each but they sell in cases of 12. Im having pretty tall center pieces and got the 9" vase im just going to add rocks and fabric at the botton of the vase to bring the stems up higher and the centerpieces can look taller.

The ones from dollar tree are very small, not even a foot tall. Also you need to keep in mind if your going to add rocks inside the vases to make your arrangement taller, that may not be a good idea because the vase could tip over with the slightest table movement, and you wouldnt want that happening at your wedding now would you?

*confused* a 9" vase with rocks st the bottoms sounds pretty secure and not likely to tip over. How tall of a centrepiece are you talking about creating? Ethereal decor has some awesome instructions on their webpage. Granted, it is for making crystal trees but the same concept applies to any tall centrepiece. They discuss how wide of a base/how much weight you need on the bottom of the centrepiece as compared to how high you are making it.

mzadams2011 I just bought my vases this week from Hobby Lobby. My vases are pretty tall about 24'. They are 50% off this week, sale includes glass vases, candles and floral stems. So we stocked up on the tall vases and long stem votives. As well as votive and floating candles. So my advice would be to hold out and catch a good sale. I did get 2 tall cylinder vases from Michael's but w/ that 40% coupon its only good on 1 reg price item. So you will either be buying everything seperately or making a million trips to the store.
