Girls I just can't believe how much progress the hubby and I are making! I am really starting to get excited and nervous all at the same time. Well anyways, yesterday I called some caterers and landed on a very affordable one who looks like she does some acceptable work. Also on Monday I found a photographer! So I'm on a roll girls!

I cannot believe how I'm getting with this wedding when we were suppose to just be having a small ceremony and reception with family and close friends only. I'm getting super excited! I was recently at Hobby Lobby and came across this DIY project and loved it! So what do you think girls? Is this centerpiece good for winter or better suited for another season? Oh and I just thought of something else! Would this defeat the winter wonderland theme I have in mind? I want your honest opinions ladies!

So ladies, I was thinking about how fun it'll be when me and my fh exit the church and everyone is throwing rice or blowing bubbles at us. Then I thought of something even more amazing! I'm having a WINTER themed wedding so why not throw as much winter flare in there as I can???? SO I decided to find a way to have my guest throw "snow flakes" as my hubs and I make our exit! Any suggestions on what I should use? Am I going overboard with my theme? Let me know ladies!

Winter Bride With no Snow!

Good morning ladies! Do any of you girls have a consistently negative person in your life? Well I do. I have an acquaintance who always have something negative to say about my plans concerning this wedding. I want a winter wedding, she want me to have a spring wedding, I want a short dress, she want me to wear a long dress. The list just goes on and on and on. So since this person is just so stuck on me having a spring wedding she so happily pointed out an issue with photography. You see, I live in South Georgia where snow is a once in a life-time occurrence! So now I'm facing a possible problem. I want outdoor pictures of course and I want my pics to look good of course,but what if its a gloomy day like today and non of my pictures turn out good? Are there any south Georgia winter brides out there who can give me some picture ideas? Where would you take pics and how would you show off being a winter bride with no snow???

Confused Bride

Ok ladies I just wanted to give you girls a lil heads up on some things. My wedding has gone from being a courthouse wedding to a church wedding with a reception. Everything is changing with the help of my mother and her sociability with the right people! So anyways I was looking back at my blog and realized what a confused bride I've been and how often I change my mind on things that I wanted to start fresh and make a new account on here. I made my account and the day I made it I changed my mind and deleted it but on WBC it doesn't just automatically delete your account it send a request so I forgot that I had done that and start posting on my new account but the day I start posting they finally deleted my new account :( so I'm so sad because everything was really seeming to come together. But hopefully you lovely ladies stick it out with me on this confusing blog and help me sort my way to a perfect wedding! Less than four months to go! Can I really plan a wedding this fast?

about my wedding:

Wedding colors: Royal blue and silver! Would love to throw in another color but haven't decided on one yet that will fit in with my winter wedding. Should have called myself confused bride because any idea I have can change with the drop of a hat. Such as settling on the courthouse, there's now a possibility we will be saying our vows at my mother's church. I'm not even sure of the actual date anymore because we have some kinks we have to work out first with finances. What we are sure of is the love we have for each other though!
