Processional??
Me and my FH have been battling over the wedding party processional, I said that all of the weddings I've been to the Groom, Best Man, and Groomsmen usually walk out first from like the side or something and take their places at the front of the church. Then the BM's, MOH(s), ring bearers , and flower girls come down the aisle before the bride. OH NO!!!! He insist that the GM's and the BM's walk out together and then split and go to there places.........I know it doesn't really matter one way or the other, but how is it usually done?

Has anyone ever ordered from Yes Bridal?
Yes Bridal is a website that sells wedding and bridesmaids dresses at a discounted price. An extremely discounted price!! The first time I noticed the advertisement was on WBC.
The dress I want is 750.00 on another site but here its less than 200.00. They also have bridesmaid dresses less than 100.00. It's just too good to be true!! So I was just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from here and what are your thoughts on the dresses and service? I want to order but I'm a little nervous..........please help!! |

I was never really a big fan of thrift stores........but today I went to one with my grandmother to see if they had any vases and I must admit it has become my favorite place to shop. Talk about a bargain!!! I found so many things for the wedding, I'm so excited!!! And I paid less than $22 dollars for it all, now thats the best part. I got my candy dishes for $1 a piece. I got almost 30 votive holders for about $5 dollars and one of the bigger vases actually cost about $18.......OMG!!! I can go on for days!! I love this place and the owner told me she would call me when she gets more vases!! I love it!!!

Hi ladies, I was out shopping yesterday for some wedding things and came across sheppard hooks for $4. I'm not using them personally but if anyone is looking for them they are at Family Dollar for $4.00 and I found some nice 10.5 in Hurricane vases for $3.00, they are much bigger than the ones you would get at the Dollar Store.

I've searched high and low looking for
So after thinking about this invitation piece, I started wondering, "What do people do with the invitation after the wedding anyway" My guess is throw them away probably, put them up never to be seen again! So now I'm upset, you mean to tell me that after all of the thought and effort I put into finding the perfect invitation and possibly spending hundreds of dollars on these folded up pieces of paper, this is what you do with it!!! So this made it easy for me to say to hell with these expensive foil lined envelopes, with the pretty embroidered flowers, and matching rsvp cards. I'm gonna make my own simple yet elegant invitiations. Shoot!!! I have a computer, and a printer, and some ink!! I can do this on my own and save money too!!! Why didn't I think of this earlier. So I'm adding this to my DIY list: Make own invites.........along with some other things.............sorry ladies just needed to vent!!! Weddings are expensive.................SHEESHHHH!!!! |

Ok so I've been looking at different things and different pictures trying to figure out exactly what I want. I think I may have it together now. FH will be happy to hear that!!! Every week I change something but I think I'm ready..........so this is what I have...........I think??
I do need one more bridesmaid and another flower girl. Reception Timeline??
This may be a silly question but thats what my sister brides are for right?? I was reading through some other post about what time the wedding and reception will start. And my question is..........If the wedding starts at let's say 3pm and the reception starts at like 5pm and it only takes about 15mins from the church to the reception venue, what are the guest doing if they get to the venue like 30-45mins before the reception actually starts????
