I were at Palacio de Hierro (Santa Fe). This is in Mexico City :S
The Palacio de Hierro is the only store who sells Rosa Clara's dresses here. I think that in Puebla (another mexican state) there is another store. Here the Risueña's price is $3,800 USD (tax included) approx.
This may be too late, but I just bought Risuena in Chicago. They have it in Chicago, Atlanta, and Miami.
