Cake Topper arrived

Really? I've received SO much stuff from advantagebridal.com. Never had any issues or problems and stuff always came lighting fast. =( What exactly went wrong?

well it was an item that said that it would be available at the end of January 2011.. I ordered it early January knowing it would not be available until the end of the month.  They did take my money out for it however and all I got was the automated e-mail saying they received my order... I even had a false wedding date saying april 11th was when I needed it by... I didn't hear anything from them at all and so mid February I sent an e-mail to their customer service.. I wasn't panicked but I wanted to know how my order was doing... basically the status on whether or not it came in... if it was on it's way to them from wherever they outsourced it... or anything so that I knew I didn't just give them my money and I wasn't going to see product.... no answer... then I still had no response from them so I found 2 different e-mails from them and I e-mailed again at the beginning of march asking that they please help me out by giving me a status update on my order... once again... no response... I e-mailed again at the end of march and that time I got a phone call april 9th... a lady left a voice mail saying it actually wasn't coming in until the end of march but they still haven't received it to ship it to me yet and asked me since my wedding day said it was in 2 days if I wanted to choose a different one and they would overnight it and hopefully have it get to me on time... I called back later and told her I typed my wedding date in there incorrectly and lied and said it was this year in august (so that they didn't continue to take their sweet ass time) and told her I didn't want a different one... they offered me nothing... no discount... no coupons... no upgraded shipping on the original order... I saw this cake topper being sold in other stores and I mistakenly chose to purchase from theirs,,, imagine if my wedding date was April 11th... I didn't ask for compensation of any sort... just vowed once I got this cake topper I would never buy from them again.  Ended up getting it late March....
